As a man in nursing, the selection here is abysmal and gets worse every time I go. Today I went to get the same scrubs I got in February, and I couldnt find them. After struggling to find what I was looking for and no one offering help, I approached the counter. She told me to look behind the rack of where I got what I was holding. I asked her to show me. I got a smirk, then she walked me over and very curtly told me this was their selection. Before i could ask further questions, she left to go back to the counter. Appalled by the service, I left and will never be back.

The staff was extremely helpful. They have a wide selection of scrubs. Did not know that there were so many colors and types of scrubs.They have compression socks for those who are on their feet for long periods of time during the day.

I had a great experience at Dub Scrubs.I worked with Lexee, Amanda, Malaquia, and I felt they really over delivered on service.The only feed back I have.... I need TALL SCRUBS.... please help me find some? You guys no longer carry what I liked.

First time I came to the store I was greeted by, Earlene. She was very helpful and informative and made my whole shopping process stress free. I just landed a new job as a Phlebotomistand was in need of scrubs. Can I just say this woman needs a raise and praise on how wonderful she is and treated me. She helped me find a pair of scrub bottoms that were comfortable and inexpensive, she’s very knowledgeable and making sure each person feels comfy with the scrubs they choose and making sure they don’t break the bank. I personally told her that anytime I come into the store I want her to assist me because she is so wonderful and professional. If you need scrubs this is the place, ask for Earlene you won’t regret it and say that Guillermo sent you!

First time here today, and I loved their selection! They have all sorts of colors and styles and the clearance racks had really cute stuff too. The ladies were very nice, and I also loved that they actually had their own parking. I will definitely be coming back!

Rude staff acted like asking for help was a bother. When I wanted to try on different sizes I was met with hostile looks. When what I needed wasn’t in stock but there was a somewhat similar style I was treated like “similar” is as good as “congruent” and was being difficult for pointing it out. Really ought to work on their customer service, will definitely recommend others stay away.

I work for a medical company. I went to Dubs Scrubs of Murray location for the first time. I was so impressed with the service I was given....Cierra ( the manager) and Earlene are super nice. They helped me very patiently in selecting the style I was looking for. They both are very helpful and friendly.I would recommend all my friends and coworkers to go there. The prime that work better are the greatest. Theyre so friendly and helpful... Youll find yourself in a conversation with them easily.Thats not even mentioning the selection of items they have. If they dont have the size and color combo you want, ordering is super easy. I look forward to my trips here.

First visit to the store. Needed a pair for a medical appointment I was receiving in a massage clinic. The girls helped me find a cheaper pair and helped me find a fitting size for me. I am very glad I went there. Thank you.

The two staff members I asked questions of were very helpful. I needed a navy color and couldnt find a specific scrub top in my size (Im picky about fabric). They looked in the back for what I asked for, then I was offered the same brand and fabric in the correct size and color with a small difference in style. Way to save that sale! The woman that checked me out was very nice and in a friendly and nonchalant way asked about where I work so I could qualify for a discount. I was traveling and went out of my way to this store and Im very glad I did! Thank you!

Kathy was the best!! I was such a pain and he she was so helpful! She brought and ordered me all of my requested sizes and was so sweet about it ! I have to get xxsp and I haven’t found scrubs that actually fit before and she helped me find everything that I needed. ❤️

Ive had a VERY different experience than what has been posted here. I walked in, there was one customer at the counter and at least 3 other employees in the store doing various things. NO ONE greeted me, NO ONE asked if I needed any help. When I finally asked for help it was almost like I was interrupting them. I had asked about items on sale, and they had to ask each other about it, not really sure of their product, it seemed. I finally was able to get the full attention of Cindy and she turned out to be quite pleasant and helpful at checkout.Customer service needs A LOT of work. Making sure each customer feels important the minute they walk in, this should be high on the list of job descriptions. (Just saying!)Quality and quantity of products is great.

I stopped in because scrubs shopping online is a nightmare. This place had way more variety than I thought they would, and Ana and Amanda were awesome helping me find everything I needed.

My boyfriend bought me new scrubs for X-mas, I unfortunately did not end up liking them. He had pulled all the tags off and threw away the receipt. Cierra (the manager) was nice enough to return a couple of items for me. I appreciate her willingness to work with me.

The staff is so rude & not trained to handle everyone. Stuck up manager who thinks shes better than you, you better know what you need right away or youre a bother to them. Youre dealing with front line people, maybe show a little more respect & stop acting like youre selling gold there...

I have been wearing hospital scrubs for almost 30 years. Nothing else was allowed in surgery. Now I am out seeing patients and needed my own. I was handed exactly what I needed and I really thought I should wear my regular Cotton scrubs but I instead got a SOFT polyester brand on sale and they feel sooooo good. They have a pocket right where I need it. I bought 3 pants and a top.I need to revise my review due to buying 3 pair of pants. I asked for small. I was given 2 Smal’s and 1 petite. I unfortunately could not leave my pt to exchange the wrong size. I work 8 am to 10 pm. Until we get another care giver I can not get back there.Next time I will check each one before I leave.

Had a terrible experience. Would NOT recommend.My wife purchased a jacket last night and attempted to return it (unworn, untouched, etc.) this afternoon. They didnt accept the return because the tag was off!!! Seriously such a joke. Wont be going back here again and wouldnt ever recommend.

I came in to have my scrubs embroidered for nursing school and my top was physically damaged. Im pretty upset, as it was a fairly expensive top. I have contacted their manager and am waiting to hear back. Will update after hearing from them...Correction: this was meant for the Sandy location, not Murray.UPDATE:Management has been very prompt in responding to my situation, as well as very polite and cordial. I may have been seeing red a little, after seeing the damage to my top. But their approach has been very professional and understanding. Will continue with updates.2nd UPDATE:Managements customer service has been phenomenal in dealing with this situation. She has been so cordial, and replaced my top with new embroidery. I 💯 recommend, simply for the customer service alone.

Really good selection. They dont carry Sketchers scrubs (my personal favorite) but just about every other major lines seem to be there. They also have a really good selection of white scrub tops which not every scrub store does. Super friendly and helpful staff too.

I came to this location for my scrubs for a new job Im starting and didnt know/wasnt informed before hand how long the embroidering would take as they take about a week long although I only had the weekend before starting my new job. Mariah offered to get my embroidering done overnight which was awesome & Ashley was also great with helping to make sure the process was as smooth as possible and very efficient. These girls are awesome and I will for sure be coming back to this location because of these two for all my scrubs needs 😊

Great selection of my favorite scrubs. They have many tall pants options if you ask for them to check the back. There are dressing rooms so that you may try clothing on before you make your purchases. Staff is helpful.

The staff was helpful with navigating the shop. Its not super clear where the different sections of scrubs are located (mens, womens, unisex, etc) but just ask. i wish they had more options for men, but such is the business. I found a style I liked, but they didnt have it in my size. But they were able to order it in and it was in the store in a few days.

I’m really disappointed that they changed the freedom co to this. I use to get great service whenever I walked in, someone always greeted me and helped me find exactly what I needed. There were 3 associates working today and I didn’t even have a single one look me in the eye. I walked around the whole store trying to find the matching bottoms to my company supplied top and another outfit for our free wear Friday’s. After 15 minutes of looking, I decided to just leave. I’ll find somewhere else to spend my money on.
