The customer service is just horrible. They sent 2 items, one got lost. They refuse to pay the refund, they dont answer my emails and by phone there is no one on the line at all! Unacceptable.

Love the brand and all the stores but Ive honestly never had to deal with such unfriendly staff... I get it the job is hard but you could at least fake to be kinda ok with the job for a customer...

Was there today with a friend. I had already booked an appointment online for 2 p.m. When we said that we had booked an appointment, she answered us in English and also expected that WE could speak English. (Luckily we could) Said something wrong (very rude) and accused us that we had not booked an appointment instead of on the computer to check. She said that we should come back later, even though there were NO people in the shop.I will not go there again and I cannot recommend the place to anyone.

The shop is really nicely designed and has great clothes, but the staff was extremely rude and I personally felt quite uncomfortable (the atmosphere in the shop was kind of tense). The fact that there were no changing rooms was unfavorable, as I am not from Munich and only took a short vacation here with my father, luckily we would have had the opportunity to bring back the unsuitable the next day. The sheet on which this was written was quite small and I only overlooked it, so only when I asked I found out that the changing rooms are not available.

I ordered online from the EU shop during Corona. I would never pay in advance there again! The return process takes weeks and then they blame you for clothes that are no longer in their original condition. Then just stop replying to emails and Im still waiting for the money. Ive never seen anything like it. Super bad customer service and not recommended!

The store is pretty pretty, but unfortunately the staff are extremely rude. We had to put other customers clothes back in the place because the staff urged us to. All because we briefly put on jackets, etc., because the changing rooms were unfortunately closed. But at least the employee wished us a lot of fun cleaning up.

So you have to be honest, everyone who said something about the unfriendly employees has no idea what it is like to work in retail at these times. I am a regular customer at Brandy Melville Munich and the salespeople are ALWAYS nice to me because I am respectful and friendly towards them. The only thing that is currently expected due to the Covid-19 situation is to follow the rules. I have often heard customers say How the cabins are closed!?!?! We stood in line for an hour. What these customers did not manage to read are the notes hanging outside in this one hour, although it was min. There are 4 of them and these are specially signposted with Please read. So thats definitely your own responsibility and you shouldnt complain.I can also understand that it is not okay if customers simply change their clothes in the store and sometimes take them off except for their bra (!!). I was in the store in the summer of 2020 and due to Corona you had to queue up, which was very, very long, so I came back one hour before the store opened in the morning because I didnt feel like standing there Waited. The wait was well worth it. The staff were friendly and I found what I was looking for when it came to clothes. The clothes fit me well, but unfortunately this is not the case for every person, because of the one size system.

Nice shop, but completely unfriendly staff. I will therefore not be visiting this shop in the near future. Pity!

A fashion store with no changing rooms to try on. Doesnt work at all. On top of that, the friendliness of the staff left a lot to be desired.

The shop is very nice and there are nice clothes. Unfortunately, you can only stay in the store for a maximum of 15 minutes (is marked), so you feel pressured. Although thats only the case at the moment, its a shame. Otherwise the shop is nice and well sorted.

I have no words for our visit to this store today. One size fits all, but no possibility of trying on ?! My sister had been looking forward to taking a look at this shop for days. She just wanted to put on a top and was reprimanded so unkindly! There would have been some nice parts that she would have liked, but what should we have done? Buying for luck? Bringing back would not have been an option, as we are not from Munich, but from further afield. But well, if you dont want to earn any money, you should continue in a customer-friendly manner.

Overpriced

I love Brandy Melvilles clothes. All people who write in the reviews that there is an insolence, that there are only XS-S sizes, shouldnt get upset and just be angry because they dont fit into the clothes. There are so many other shops where you can shop my god.

Inferior goods are sold here. We tried to complain about a dress from our daughter, which unfortunately ONLY can be complained about in the store where it was bought. I asked him if he would throw us out now? he only thinks that the queue in front of the door is so big and about 100 m long - we are already 45 minutes away. I wanted to offer him to put the selected things aside - we would come again in an hour and continue searching. So that other people dont have to wait too long. Then he told us that we would laternothing more to try. In my answer - I only drove here for the store and was really interested in buying something more and please give us some more time, he said no. I was really annoyed about it and told him that I would not be okay if he referred us out of the store so that I would not buy anything - without that I still got 10 minutes to shop. He said that he doesnt care and the people want to go in outside. So I didnt leave my money there. In addition, there were 6 people in front of the door who wanted to enter! No 100m line! Unfortunately I will no longer visit these shops in Munich - I will take another 4 hours drive tomorrow and go to Vienna! In times of corona, sellers should find even more friends to treat customers who shop and indirectly secure their jobs with friendly! But obviously there are people who think if you have to think about what to buy with € 500 - they are not worth it - to let them choose in peace! I would understand if we hadnt behaved properly or messed everything up! - the shopping pile alone got bigger! Unfortunately not a recommendation as long as todays staff is in there!

If youre looking for clothes that suit all American trends (especially vsco & e-girl) Brandy will definitely find what hes looking for, the clothes are all in vogue, but thats also noticeable when you go to the store - overcrowded and too little space, it is really tight there, besides, you can not get to some things as a small person ran and must also ask, the staff is not always friendly. So I think the shop is great. Everything nicely sorted and in standard sizes. Especially great for teenagers. I dont think its expensive because for a shirt you pay about 20 € which is still in the price-performance ratio with a great quality. I think everything is great, only the long trousers are unfortunately only found in very large sizes. Otherwise my new favorite tops store!
