This store usually has a pretty good stock of its clothing. It is a huge store. I don’t particularly shop here but my daughters love it and they always want to come here when we come down to Salt Lake. The prices are pretty high.

I recently went clothes shopping and purchased a normal button up shirt and paid 64.00 for it at UO🙄. Upon further shopping at other stores I found nicer, better overall material quality and better color and more style in other stores in the same mall, for less $. Silly me what was I thinking? Way overpriced, as I saw with most of there merchandise.

Listen, i work in the service industry too, and i never thought id be so frustrated with another service worker. i placed an in store pickup order for some clothes i needed for a trip, and was told in an email confirmation it would be ready within 24 hours. after no updates, i called and initially they hung up on me, so i called back to have someone answer the phone, and sit silently for a good 45 seconds before asking who was there. i inquired about my order, and she told me itd be around three days before i could pick it up. i contacted customer service, and one of those employees (named Kristy, UO give her a raise), told me she had no clue why they would tell me that. i get that we have bad days, but i dont think its fair to ever treat a customer like that. idk who answered that phone, but she shouldnt be working in retail.

Overorise and everything its super expensive and the quality its bot the best

Expensive, decent quality, products ranging from clothing, beauty, entertainment and home goods. This location has a large selection to choose from and is usually well stocked.

Unique cute clothes and items

Great variety. My daughter loves this store.

Their prices are EXPENSIVE. I only ever purchase things that are on sale. But if you are patient, you can get some good deals. For example, every once in a while they will have a 40% off of discounted items sale, and you can really get some great deals then. The quality of their clothes are pretty good! Everything Ive purchased from them, Ive been happy with. They size a little big so just something to keep in mind. The staff is generally very helpful and nice. And the store is always fun to visit. They also have a pretty decent record selection.

This brand does nothing but steal ideas and designs from fashion creatives and give little to no credit. The definition of fast fashion and everything wrong with the retail industry.

It can be pricey to shop here but they also have good deals. I always shop here for thongs from last season of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. I also have bought a few sweaters here in the past. Their sale room is huge and has a little for everyone. I find everything else is reasonably priced and cheaper than many brands carry online but you get to see/try on in person. Friendly customer service.

Beware:False Advertising. Bought an item listed clearly as in stock and then saw that the item was listed on my receipt as backordered.Customer Service has no ETA on availability. I didnt choose to reserve a product and while a virus causes slow shipping it isnt an excuse for your companys incorrect inventory counts.

Nice staff, have a maximum occupancy to maintain as much safety as possible. Store is very clean even with lots of people coming through.

I miss shopping sales for insanely cute stuff at this place. Hipster Heaven if you are on a budget.

I love Urban Outfitters for their selection and style. I love the design of their store and its just fun to shop there. However, online customer service needs some SERIOUS help. I ordered a dining table and chairs and it has been a ONE MONTH ordeal involving 15 minutes on hold just to get a new phone number that will leave me on hold for another 20 minutes just to be told to wait for an email and then call that SAME phone number back in order to give them further instruction about where to deliver my furniture. What a MESS. Get it together Urban Outfitters - you have enough money to have better customer service in your stores and online.

I took my granddaughter to urban outfitters today aug 11, 2017 & we spent over $200 .. when we checked out the clerk(girl) asked us if we had the app we could save 10% as it was our first purchase ever in this store . When I ask her if I could download it right then,, she gave us a phone and said it would be easier than doing it on my phone then when I had trouble downloading it she acted as if it was too much trouble to help me so I told her just never mind, which made her very happy, so we lost a $20 savings because it was A bit of a problem for her to take 5 minutes to help me . This did not make me exactly happy as Im not made of money & my granddaughter could have gotten another item with that savings, ☹️

My teens love this place

Customer service could use a lot of help in all honesty. They are just sort of there waiting for you to swipe your credit card and be on with your day. They dont really answer questions other than asking if you have their app (which they ask every single time even when youre a frequent customer) the only positive thing and reason I didnt rate this place a 1 star is the fact that my girlfriend bought me a frame for all the Polaroids we take.

Great store

Pretty high end prices. Once we found someone to help us find the product that we came in for, highly recommended Smith Rosebud Salve, we then had to wait in a line to pay but the woman who helped (same) was very nice.

Family like this store a lot. Great selection of clothes. Great deals on some stuff. Little pricy on other stuff. Like any store friendly staff. Very helpful. Eager to point you in the right direction an check in th back for things for you too. Fast check out. Highly recommended

Its definitely overpriced, but they have some stuff thats kinda hard to find elsewhere - at least all in one place and in a store. The shorts I bought are working out great so far. The music was a bit too much though. I love indie music as much as the next guy but some of the stuff they play in store makes me want to stick knives in my ears.

I always find something I love here. Broad range of styles, nice quality and good prices.

We called to see if they had tapestries in store because all the ones I seen online said online only and they said they had a few left. So we asked them if they were different styles and what the designs were and she said she wouldn’t tell us over the phone and that we’d have to come in to the store. I live 40 minutes away. I figured it would be easier for her to just tell me instead of being an ass about it. Oh well.

I love Urban Outfitters but this location needs customer service training. I filled out a review with Urban Outfitters before stating this same concern and the manager emailed me back apologizing and saying they will work on this so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and now I have gone back and its the same terrible service! So Im not sure how much these employees care...:/

Props to this place for staying in the Gateway. Thought for sure that they would make the jump to City Creek, but good to see that they have stayed so far. Cool store with a lot to choose from. Most of it is weird and really low quality, but you can get some good gear every now and then.

Staff was rude and bossy, bad vibes

This review isnt on Urban Outfitters as a company but on the new store they moved into at Fashion Place. I was excited to see the new store and to see what they had done with it and was extremely disappointed in how small and boring it was. The old store also carried a lot of their home section and this store had a few blankets and pillows. Looks like another main stream mall store. Whos ever idea it was to move locations should have thought a lot harder. Sadly I will not be going to this store again.

Honestly im suprised that Google knew i went here considering that my phone died right outside the store. Anyway, i love this store. It has a great vibe to it and an even better sales section. My only gripe is that it is way. to. expensive. The quality definitely needs to be better to demand these prices.

Its really just a typical Urban outfitters. I did find it a bit more crowded in terms of product locations than im used to in other Urban Outfitters stores, but it might have been the time of day that I went. It was clean and the clothing was organized, so that always a plus in my book.

Pretty decent store. Nice selection of brands like Fila, Adidas, Champion & Tommy Hilfiger can be hard to find larger sizes. Also love that they give ypu reusable shopping bags.

Went into get a gift for someone. UO had the item for the same price I found on several websites. Sales lady offered a discount if I joined their Ap. This saved me 10%, so it was actually cheaper then online. I also didnt need to wait for shipping because they had the item in stock. This saved me time and mailing fees unlike other web-stores.

Urban outfitters is a very cool store!

I have been given the run around for the last two weeks with no shows and no call deliveries. Ive called Urban and their delivery company multiple times with no resolve. Planning on cancelling my order, getting my money back and never shopping there again.
