I havent even been in the store but when I called the person who answered the phone had zero interest in helping me.It was as if he wanted to do anything he could to get off of the phone.I ended up calling the store in bountiful and they were so much more help.I would not even think about going to the store at all because I could only imagine how you would be treated in person when you walk through the door

We bought an Elliptical Machine and Exercise bike 2 years ago form the American Fork store. The machines have worked great for my wife who uses them 6 days a week. We have brought the elliptical back to the store a couple of times for service on the bearings. They were repaired for free both times (mechanical is free but electronics would have a cost per the warranty). They take about a week to get repaired. This has worked great for us. It would not be great if we did not have a trailer to transport the machine back and forth. They were talking about offering an in home service so that may be an option now. Either way I would buy from them again.

We have been trying to get out machines fixed since October of last year after owning them for less than two weeks. We paid hundreds of dollars to have them delivered by a third party, only to learn that the warranty is only good if you bring the equipment back. We were told to use another party to get the repair work done and they cannot get the controllers needed for our Nordic Track treadmill and Elliptical...terrible !!!

Very friendly staff, the manager was very knowledgeable about the machines. They had a great selection of bikes and ellipticals. Their treadmill selection was a bit lack luster at the time though.

Buyer beware. You can test out and try the treadmills but there is a reason they are being sold at this store and the people working there either dont know or wont tell you why. I bought a treadmill and had to disassemble it to get it in my house. Add I did so, I found all the broken brackets they had jimmy rigged to put it together and thats why it was so cheap. Wouldnt have bought the treadmill had I known. Be very cautious about your purchase.
