Extremely rude customer service. I used to always buy my sunglasses here. Ill be buying direct from now on. To the wonderful girl working at the fashion place mall location.. congratulations you have caused sunglass hut to lose a loyal customer... But based off my very short interaction with you Id be willing to bet you have drove off a few customers.Side note... This location has literally got the lowest reviews in the entire valley. If it wasnt in a mall I guarantee it would be closed. Maybe management should consider changing their hiring procedure.
I’ve been a customer here for several years now. Today I wanted to return one of the three pair of sunglasses that I recently purchased within the last 30 days. Katie who stated that she was a manager is very rude and refused to help me in anyway possible. Even though it’s within 30 days and I had a receipt and the sunglasses I haven’t been worn. I would avoid this location at Fashion Place mall and head over to Macy’s or a different location.
The gentleman there was very helpful and helped me find my perfect pair! He also managed several clients simultaneously with efficiency and patience.

I got a pair of ray-ban from Nordstrom and one of the screws fell off after 2 months (wth?) it was a bummer cuz I really loved them but Nordstrom couldn’t repair them... so i came to this sunglasshut store hoping they could help us out, and they did! They got an exact same replacement screw and helped me repair them for free, now they just look like a brand new pair of sunglasses!

Tried to sell me scratched sunglasses. I bought here twice before the negative experience in which they sold me non-floor models. On this third visit the service agent tried to tell me they have none other in stock... I pulled from the drawer below and found dozens of the type I wanted, all brand new. She began to apologize & make excuses. Buy online, free shipping to your door & you can get more discounts & sales with none of the scratches.
Asked if I needed help finding anything? Told the employee, yes and here is the model number of the pair I am looking for.. She then said to have a look through the drawers to see what I could find...I then asked how sizing works with sunglasses? She said she didnt know what the sizes meant or how they are measured, but that people just know their size when they come in, as though it is my fault for not knowing? I feel like you only need to know a few things to sell sunglasses, but they were not present in this employee.
They used to be more flexible with issues with broken glasses. Not so much anymore. I buy products knowing it is an as is purchase. Stepped on a pair of Oakleys one week after purchase. Again, as is purchase. Just threw them away just like throwing away my $200 purchase. I will now just buy from Oakley direct
Ordered a pair of Versace sunglassesWhen they arrived they had scratches on them.I called the fashion place mall location wanting to simply exchange them for the same pair that isnt damaged. The old store manager named Andy or Amy actually told me they werent able to do anything about them due to them being shipped.Saying we dont know if you were the one who scratched themI didnt pay 300$ on a pair of glasses to be scratched up.When I asked for a manager she informed me that there wasnt a manager there, when I also asked for the corporate number she informed me that she didnt have that number.What type of business does not have a manager or know the corporate number?Guess I shouldve went to Nordstrom and purchased the glasses from there.IF YOU WANT TO PURCHASE DAMAGED GLASSES DEFINITELY COME TO SUNGLASS HUT.What a scam and disgusting customer service.
90 day warranty is only valid if they put your information correctly into the computer. Its my fault that I didnt verify they did their job correctly.

Bad experience, they dont do exchange, they offered when you buy them, but they dont do it when you bring it back.Is need to be 90 days exchange policy but they dont really do that at all.
