Great customer service. They were so helpful to me in navigating a really difficult situation with a communication breakdown between their store and their corporate entity. I love the way their products smell; their mango and grapefruit body washes get me compliments on how I smell all the time. I love their mission as well.

Big time fan of the body shop. Recently bought from the Chinese ginseng and rice range: the clarifying polishing powder wash as well as the mask. Been using it for a while now and my skin feels amazing. Instantly soft, smooth and glowing! A little goes a long way. And the powder wash is travel friendly too. It’s great for when you’re travelling and your face needs a little pick-me-up.

So much better than Lush! Less pretentious and didnt require me to sanitize my hands before walking in like Lush.

I absolutely love the customer service I receive at this location. I have very difficult skin, from overly dry to super oily to.... the return of adult cystic acne!! No!! I have a hormone issue that makes my skin really hard to work with. The employees at this location are very compassionate and always have a recommendation for me. I’m usually a high dollar spender, but if I’m just going in for lotion, I’m not pushed into up sales or have recommendations pushed on me. I don’t feel like I’m only a valued customer because of my wallet. The girls here make me feel very comfortable. So much so, I’ll go in without makeup so they can really see what I’m struggling with and help me the best they can. They even give me personal advice for treatments I couldn’t buy in store, and give me the personal experience they have had with whatever treatment they have tried. I had my first experience online about two years ago. I couldn’t wait for shipping once so I made the drive from bountiful to Murray to make my purchase. That’s when I met Mariah. She’s the reason I go in store only now. Along with the rest of the staff and management now that I’ve met many of them. Since then, I will now check online then go in store. There product knowledge is outstanding and the care they have for sky people and embarrassed people is very loving. I love this store and the staff. I’m forever a loyal customer to them. Thank you for everything ladies! I appreciate you!!!

I LOVE their products!! The ladies that work there gave perfect suggestions as to what products would best for my skin. And the best part is their products are affordably priced plus they seem to always have some sort of sale or special going on!I wish they had a location closer to my house. But it was well worth the 45 minute drive.

The lady that helped today wasnt pushy at all like normal associates are there. She was helpful and gave honest opinions. She helped me find the perfect shade of lipstick I needed

Friendly staff, and the place always smells amazing. If they arent busy theyll give you some facial treatments as a test. Their face masks are less expensive than the ones at Sephora, and theyre just as good. They also tend to be great at giving samples, regularly have sales, and all of their products have very high quality.

The store associates are nice enough, but the products are over priced for such low quality. The scents are too strong and the lotion I tried was greasy and wouldnt soak in. I did buy some makeup but it too was low quality. Their shades are not very pigmented and the one I bought was very chalky.

I dont typically like this type of store, but they use all natural ingredients so I really like that. They also helped my wife and I find some gifts for our daughter.

Cruelty free makeup, and body stuff...i received alot of help trying to find certain items to help with some skin conditions I have, and the lady who worked with me was amazing! I would of loved to go back and continue to buy their products. I would highly recommend them.

I have tried to contact the store but I believe they are busy. Associate asked me to hold and NEVER came back to the phone. She left it off the hook. I have tried to reach them for over two hours but phone is still off the hook.Busy or not, the associates should hang up their phone.Called Security and asked if they could tell them but I am still reaching a busy signal. I guess I will shop somewhere else.
