Randy the store manager that was with them since the beginning. He finally retired and the store went sideways for a while. I’m happy to say in 2021 the new manager is getting better. A good staff is hard to put together although I usually get my main parts from O’rileys. I use AutoZone for oil, Duralast batteries, liquids. ******AUG 12,2021 -WATCH FOR PARKING LOT REPAIR- PLAN ON PARKING AT WALGREENS OR COME TO BACK FROM STATE STREET******* APPEARS THEY HAVE REMOVED THE ENTIRE FRONT, MAYBE THEY WILL MAKE IT EASIER TO ENTER OR TIE TO THE BANK LOT. MY OPINION ONLY

I went to this parts store because it was the closest to me at the time. I normally reserve all my auto expenses for O’Reilly’s because they always help me so well. I’m not car-savvy so I was skeptical coming to this store. But let me tell you. I don’t know the managers name but she was so helpful!!! I want to say it started with a P, maybe Payton? She was the manager I know. But her and her associates diligently listened to the problem my car was having and before I could finish describing, she knew exactly what it was! Got me my parts, went home and replaced the faulty sensor and I was good as gold!! Shoutout to you and your hard working team! You showed me respect, listened to me intently, and was so pleased to help me find my solution. I highly recommend anyone needing auto assistance come to this A-Team of Autozone! I stopped here for a tail light after being pulled over for having a light out. I had no idea how to get my tail light out nor did I have the tools needed to do so. Fortunately these guys took time out of their evening to help get the light replaced so I could get home!

I knew more about the parts I needed than they did. He had no clue if I would have left it up to the young boy I would have just left because he couldnt say anything other than I dont know. I finally just looked up the right part I needed on my phone and the new bulb wouldnt work so I said maybe a fuse and he just sit there while I checked my fuse box under the hood and found the right one and yes it was blown so I out another one in and he out his cigarette out and went back in.

This AutoZone always has had nice, helpful people as far as providing quality parts there great only drawback about AutoZone is they dont carry quality belts in my opinion. I only put Gates brand belts and hoses

Normally autozone is a horrible chain. See Harley at this location. He knows his stuff and doesnt rely on a computer as much as most.
