Purchased a new phone and service couple months ago and the employees were friendly but lacked the knowledge of the right service plans needed to fit customer needs. I informed the worker that I needed the most data available in order for me to do online classes in college & made sure mentioned what devices Would be used on hotspot if decided to and if the area Where I would be temporarily had good service because Id be doing alot of reading, researching, and writing. The phone I have no complaints about and loved it, but the service plan she recommended, didnt work for me at all! I could never get signal anywhere, And Ran out of data in two days and had to purchase more twice in 4 days. Nothing they could do, and couldnt upgrade until my original plan expired which was 15 days away! My total amount spent from purchasing plan and cell ended up being $500 within 8 days of service with Boost! Needless to say, I am now with another carrier and everything goes as it expected except for the occasional interference every now and then.

I wanted to upgrade my phone and add a line with my previous carrier, but they would not give the phone I wanted. Not only did boost do that for me, but Ms. Ale was outstanding and provided me with exemplory service. Happy with both phones and the service provided.

Don’t expect to have good service. One employees was great at getting us to switch and was super nice but service was HORRIBLE. Had no service in downtown city areas of Tuscumbia and Sheffield let alone anywhere else. Also, they deleted every comment I would post 😂 seems a little shady.
