John and fanny helped me and my wife upgrade and even got a free tablet.Amazing people

Our rep Emily Davis was amazing today helping us out to get my daughter an upgrade to an iPhone 11! She was so helpful and nice, I would recommend anyone to check out the Muscle Shoals store the service was great. She was able to answer all our questions and give us suggestions on the best options for us to even help save money. It was not a time consuming And painful experience at a cell phone provider as so many visits often are. Honestly with T Mobile we rarely have those types of experiences anymore, they are always great, and our area coverage is way better than our previous carrier. Go see Emily and let her help you out too!

Went in the store to get a replacement screen protector. Wasn’t greeted upon arrival. After waiting 30 min. an employee suggested I come back another day because it was gonna be a while! Poor customer service! I won’t be back to this store.

What a great experience I had at this T-Mobile location. I had originally purchased a phone from the Florence location for my daughter and it started having issues on day one. We took it back to that location 2 times and of course they did their diagnostic tests on it, reset it twice and then sent us on our way. Apparently i got a bad APPLE because none of this fixed the problems. Fed up with this location, I decided to visit the Muscle Shoals location. Lets just say that this will be my go to store going forward. I was greeted by Nicole and she was absolutely amazing. She presented the issues we were having to her manager Trinidad I think was his name and he agreed that the phone was bad. They didnt have that exact color of phone in stock so she asked if I would be willing to drive to the Decatur store to get one. I said yes so then she proceeded to call that location and told them everything. She set everything up with a rep at that store and we swapped the phone out. Thanks for listening to our problems and handling it professionally! You guys rock!

Great customer service, John Ashley was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was prepared to spend $170 and knew what I wanted. John found a way to save me 25%. I also got an Otter Box and screen protector all included in the price. Thanks John and T-mobile, been a great experience.

One of the reps, Nicole, completely left our interaction mid conversation to help a customer who was switching service. They’d seem to only care about new customers at this location. Will not be back.

Of the time I have been toT-Mobile Scott has very courteous and very helpful in solving the issues with my phone. Additionally, Scott has been very patient to educate me on how to solve the issues at hand. Employees like Scott and the other gentleman working with him on 17 August are a valuable asset to the business.

I went to the Muscle Shoals T-Mobile store to see if they could help me with the activation of a new phone with my Sprint service. I had already visited the store in Florence and spoke with four different customer service reps on the phone over a 4 day span and noone was able to help me. Nicole was the associate who helped me and she did such an excellent job that I feel I need to share my experience. Not only did Nicole figure out the problem with my Sprnt service which is new to her, but she did it very patiently and kindly with a high level of professionalism. She was eager to figure it out and help me with the problem. She was very friendly and her eagerness to help was very genuine and it was very much appreciated. She made what was a very frustrating experience into a good one that made me want to stay with the same service that at this point I was ready to change. Thank you Nicole for your wonderful service!

Purchased a new phone here recently ( less that 3 weeks) started having glitches over a week ago. And the charger will not stay plugged in as well. Unable to return it as they wish me to pay 20.00 for a warranty exchange and wait a few days. ITS THREE WEEKS OLD AND NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY THING FOR YOUR DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT? NOT TO MENTION THE POOR SERVICE AND MAP THAT MISREPRESENTS THE COVERAGE AREA. WILL TAKE THIS UP IN SMALL CLAIMS. I HAVE TOLERATED RUDE REPRESENTATIVES POOR SIGNAL BUT THIS TAKES THE CAKE. YOU ARE WARNED TO SEEK OTHER SERVICE AS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL.

Don’t waste your time At this location.I’m disgusted with cell phone networks, in general, as they are all outrageously overpriced - consequently, I tend to come across perturbed when dealing with a sales rep of one of these organizations.The experience I had at this store, unfortunately only reinforced my perceptions. The Most honest statement from the experience... “we don’t do anything for free” effectively calling me a liar as I challenged a plan my college aged daughter had just moved into from her old phone. The accessories ‘were included’ with the phone my daughter received, but the bill showed otherwise. A simple issue that could have been resolved with some open dialog, but apparently the offended millennial couldn’t process how to proceed with an agitated customer so I was asked to leave. Another example of the negative effects of participation trophies.Went to Florence store and had the issues resolved with little drama.

Nicole was wonderful. No wasted time. I upgraded to a new phone and she took care of me beautifully.

Emily is awesome she went above and beyond her job to assist me with my every need she even text me a few days later to make sure i enjoyed my apple watch i had purchased she will definitely be my go to sales person she deserves a raise she blew away my expectations with her customer service

Very friendly and helpful staff. The merge between Sprint and T-Mobile is still fairly new however Daquan Malik and Fanny were persistent in solving my problem with setting up my new device. I couldn’t have done it without them!

Mary Davis helped me out tremendously! She was able to figure out the problem and worked with me on resolving the issues. She was super patient with me, and made sure to ask if I needed help with anything else. A huge thank you to her!

Very helpful. Friendly staff. Explained any questions we had on the spot. Helped us fix an issue we had for 3 days straight in a matter of minutes. We switched from another carrier to save money. And we saved money AND got better phones for the whole family. And unlimited data. I recommend them to friends and family.

I WAS with t mobile for over 20 years. Yesterday I when in the Muscle Shoals Alabama to by a new phone. I find the phone I want for $125.00. But then Im told I would have to pay $50.00 to keep the same number and $20.00 to upgrade. All I want was a phone and Im paying cash. Goodbye t mobile. I with Verizon now. You suck
