We bought several games here for our PlayStation 4 after leaving the north Alabama fair and the lady was awesome and helped us pick out a few games for our daughters new gaming system. We got two for an awesome price and Customer service was excellent. She went above and beyond to help us.

The staff here were really friendly and willing to help. They had the game I was looking for and knew exactly where it was located. They gave me more game recommendations based on the games I chose and even helped my troubleshoot some of the games I already played!Ive never been a big fan of gamestop but my brother is. I think these guys just won me over though. Ill definitely make the trip to return to this store when I need a new game.

Rude and poor customer service, refuse to even check if they have an item in stock at any store near by or even look on the computer to see, just because they might not have seen an item in a while. Highly disappointed in this staff, wont go back and will make sure I tell my friends to avoid this store.

Absolutely love this place! Employees are all wonderful and fun to talk to, knows what I want and need.. I go here often.

It always has the latest releases, but its pretty expensive. I especially dislike that they dont offer nearly anything for used games, even if theyve never been played.

Friendly service and Cory Gibson gives you all the best offer. His knowledge is superior and he definitely needs a raise. He helped me every way he could. I will be back because of him. The used products Ive bought in December have all stopped working so when I went in January Cory apologized and he fixed my items without hesitation. I did have the receipts for everything so it helped him, but he helped me as well as my kids. The important thing is I was greeted, Even my kids, Cory took care of everything and Ill be back only because of his dedication to provide service to his customers. I appreciate him and GameStop, so Ill definitely be back and I recommend them to everyone

The prices here were a little questionable for a few items. Altogether a pretty good store for relevant/newer games. It you want titles that are for older consoles, you may want to look for another store

After purchasing the games the custodian is suppose to put the games in the cases right? Well it wasn’t until I got home tonight after an hour drive that the custodian didn’t put my games in the case. I literally spent a lot of money just for the cases. Would not recommend this GameStop.

There is a variety of things to look at and/or purchase. Even if you arent much of a gamer, they have keychains, scary dolls, etc.

Went there and bought a game and live an hour away.. The idiots didnt give a receipt and I described the game case with a broken corner to a t he said it was on the counter by the drawer of games and still wont look up the sales record to make it right.. I for now on will use facebook marketplace... The H*ll with hardtop!
