My phones charging port was all gunked up and wouldnt charge. They cleaned it out for free. I was terrified Id need a new phone so to say I felt relieved would be an understatement. They were fast (even though they were super busy), friendly, and I cant recommend them enough.

I was having difficulty setting up a new IPhone 12 from an Android device. When I called Ace and spoke with Sean he was very positive and confident he could resolve the problem. Brought in a phone for repair as recommended by another repair shop for the best service for my particular phone. I worked with three different service people who were all nice but the service they provided was terrible and frustrating. I waited for part orders, but then only one person could actually fix it, so after multiple unsuccessful trips, it was finally scheduled for repair, only to have it broken during repair. The replacement part was then forgotten in an order, so I waited another week for THAT part and repair. This didnt even seem atypical for the staff! Had I realized the weeks I would be dealing with all of these issues, I would have not brought it here for repair in the first place.

I had brought my phone there to get fixed and they made me buy another screen first then told me they can’t fix it take it up the street I really don’t appreciate the effort they showed to help me. I currently had to buy a new phone they act like they didn’t wanna give me my money back for my old one or at least the money from the screen because the phone was useless for me. I just wish they would give me my money back for the phone I work hard for my money everyday at work I went through a real hassle for my phone to get fixed they had it over 5 days with no results of it being fixed. I need help please

Today, I took my phone, that I bought brand new at the store on Henry street, to the Apple store in Grand Rapids and found out that my “new” phone that I purchased in December 2020 was ACTUALLY pre-owned and originally purchased in 2016! SCAMMED

Saleh and his team are just top notch. Got my moms apple apple watched battery and LCD repaired after the battery puffed up and destroyed itself..apple wanted twice what the Apple watch was worth I 2as like no. So glad we brought it to ace!Good as new and my mom is super happy.

I took my cool pad legacy in due a cracked screen. It worked perfectly even though the screen was cracked. The repair was subpar at best, within a hour the screen was separating for rest of the phone. The repair guy went though my phone, multiple apps that I never used was open. I intentionally closed app my apps before dropping it off. During the second repair. They broke the finger print reader. They said they would call me when the part is in. A month later no word only to find out they had the part in weeks ago just never called. It was more expensive then expected Now I need a new phone cause it currently shut down and restart before they touch it worked fineOwner actual reached out to me after he searched for the repair ticket and apologized profusely. And offer to take another look at my phone and said he had a brand new phone if needed. Mind you I had no contact after receiving my phone back. so he searched for it on his own to make it right. but since I already planning to switchphones to a 5g capable i refusedMaybe tech was testing the screen by pushing random apps. maybe it strings of unfortunate things going wrong for me (which is extremely ordinary for me life 🤣🤣)

My money came off the card from them for the phone in advance but here Im without service😠. Its often a cheaper payment with them so I thought nothing of the $49.95 total.I now notice there wasnt a text from my carrier!! Thank you, Morgan, you provided amazing service. I called ahead to see how busy they were, Morgan said no customer but that could change in a min. I drive 5 mins and they had 2 customers ahead of me, wait time was still less than 10 mins. I went in for a new screen protector but when I was offered an otter box for 15 dollars more I couldn’t refuse. Morgan noticed the phone was dirty she took the time to clean the phone, even the speakers and power connector. Setting up an appointment online was easy. My shattered screen was repaired within the hour and my phone was looks and works like brand new. Staff was friendly and easygoing, and pricing was the best I could find in the area. Ill definitely be going back for future repairs.

On several occasions they have gone above and beyond to help me out. A brand new phone was setup in house because my old phone had an led issue. They installed a new led on my old device just so I could perform a smart switch and access my contacts and everything else I needed off my old phone. After giving me a great deal on a new phone he even threw in a free hard case. Talk about great customer service. They have friendly knowledgeable staff and I will never have anyone else sell me service, devices, or extras.

When Moto level 2 tech could not be of help, Ace completed the needed service on my old Motorola cell phone.

Purchased phone that required unlocking through another carrier that they said would match my carrier. Had to go to other carrier to request unlocking which backfired because they too could not activate my device with my own sim nor a new one. Wasted time and energy highly upset. Please do not try activating own device let them do it when you purchase phone due to this error I had to wait through the weekend and busy schedule to retrieve my money back and still have no device.

Yesterday I came in with my 2 year old iPhone 6 that I’ve done so well with until yesterday... completely shattered and had an exact amount I could spend. The kind lady (I forgot her name😔) got me a 7+, the phone plan, a double layered case AND screen protector for less than the price I had to spend. She took the time to show me cool features as well as saving all of my pictures from the old phone. I will always give the apple location 5 stars for the simple fact these people go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied!! Thank you so much!

I purchased a phone through these guys and the phone was having some issues (sometimes just part of buying a used phone). I brought it back in and explained to them what was going on. They did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied and even ended up getting me a replacement phone (the same kind), but with 2x the memory for no extra cost at all to me. I will definitely be going back for any future repairs and new purchases!

This is the only place I take my phone for repairs. They service my phone and I use a carrier that they dont offer. Andrea and Saul are my go to people and they always solve any issue I give them. They do great work and theyre fast too! Most times, the repair is done in about an hour. If you have any cell phone issues, go see them. Theyre GREAT!

This place is amazing! Tried to backup my phone right before a trip and ended up losing everything I needed for the trip. I brought it in here the day before flying out, after being told by several other places (including the company that makes the phone) that there would be no way to get that information back, and Andrea was able to find all the lost files and get them back on the phone!They solved a huge problem for me, in almost no time, no cost, and when everywhere else said it was impossible. Saved my trip and valuable memories that I thought were gone for good. I wont waste my time going anywhere else in the future, best experience Ive had with any phone place.

I brought my shattered iPhone 7 35 minuets before closing on a Friday night and they had it fixed before closing. Very affordable and cheaper than an insurance claim. Great, friendly staff as well. Highly recommend.

Stopped in for an iPhone battery replacement. Cost less than expected and was done sooner than estimated. They even fixed the home button that had spotty performance at no additional charge. 10/10 would recommend.

Ace communications where do I start lol okay first I bought a phone paid for 6 months of service because I could not find the phone they could not find the purchase I made. So I was SOL out of that money then I take 2 computers to get fixed one of them needed the screen repaired to come find out 2 months down the road it goes again cause it was not properly put back together and then the other computer I wanted music off my hard drive put into a USB port which you can buy anywhere to tells me its gonna take 7-10 days to wait for it in the mail.LMAO never got the USB port but they gave my mom back the hard drive so I still lost my music off that computer I do not recommend them to anyone in fact they are like a second hand store for electronics basically and buy something for 50 and turn around and sell it for 300 never will do business with them again I wish I never would have

Walked into the store and was not greeted what so ever. Waiting in the repair line for 20 minutes without any employee saying that there isn’t anyone working back there. So I walk in and they already waste 20 minutes of my day. They do the screen repair on my iPhone and they did a horrible install on the screen. Have to take it back because of blurring in the screen that was not there before. My phone was in better condition before I brought it into the store. First time customer and last time. Would not recommend for anyone. Horrible customer service from the young workers that have no customers service skills whatsoever ever.

Brought in my girlfriends laptop for repair and they broke the hinge didnt even mention it to me, and they took forever to get anything done. If you want to pay a lot of money for a subpar repair and have the employees go through your girlfriends pictures then come to ace.

Ace communications had my playstation for a week and a half I never got a single update but did get helpful information when i called, then finally i get a text message say that my repair has been completed and is ready for pickup, but when i got there they told me they couldnt fix it and gave it back to me....
