Very knowledgable, would go hear before Crashmasters honestly. Crashmasters wanted to charge me $50 just to tell me a simple question I had pertaining to a laptop I had.Went here, he answered my questions with more info than I asked and I learned from him. Good people own and work here.

I brought in my laptop on Jan. 28, and by Feb. 24 they still didnt know when my cable would ship. I called after 2 weeks, and no one had an idea of when it would arrive. They kept telling me it would arrive the next week and the next week. I kept calling back. Finally, I was told it would ship out by April 4 - 3 months later. But that it showed it was in transit and would arrive in a week. I dont know. Who knows if it would ever arrive. I brought it to another place in Muskegon who could get it in 2-5 days. I would not recommend this business to people.

Tried to sell me a used sata to USB converter for 30. Got a brand new one down the road for 20!!

Well where do I start? I dropped off my laptop in multiple pieces and they got it back up and running, they also cleaned it out too. Than my desktop crashed and wouldnt turn on, they had it all figured out in minutes of drop off.

Really bad service, I don’t recommend this place!! My dad went to get a laptop fixed they said it would take a week/ week and a half, we go there a month later and it still wasn’t fixed!!! I really didn’t even want it to give it a star on how bad this service is!!!
