Cashiers were awesome. Store was stocked well. Nice selection of stuff.

Customer had left their dog in their car for almost 30 minutes in 90 degree weather with the windows barely even cracked. when informed they called them immediately. Amazing service for not only their customers but animals as well, always clean and kind. would recommend all REAL animal lovers to come here. glad a store finally goes out of their way!

I went to Big Lots to get Celery Salt. They are fantastic. I bought the last two. Also, found a new pair of slippers and a few small household items. Great prices 😊

I love the new layout of the store. I especially love the furniture they have. Broyhill is a great brand that they carry. The changes they have made are really top notch. If you havent visited the store...you should....you will be pleasantly surprised.

The furniture here is very cheap. Mattresses seem to be a good deal also. Robert offered excellent and exceptional service he was awesome!

They sell many versions of the sectional couch for $799 BUT its not made well. The imitation leather peels off and even with the 3 year warranty they refuse to cover the damages. That makes the $799 price a lot higher if the couch has to be constantly replaced. Im pretty sure I wont be back!

Horrible customer service, very rude, they talk about customers behind their backs infront of other customers. Cashiers very slow and took forever to checkout someone. Store very messy and unclean. Will NEVER go back to this or other BigLots because of the experience at this one!

Muskeon mi store was clean and most items were in stock. not happy with the direction big lots is going. store is mostly devoted to furniture now. if they want to carry furniture to that degree they need bigger stores or separate stores for it. i want to continue buying grocery health & beauty and home decor there. not cheap quality furniture.

Shopped at the store today and Sonya helped in the furniture department. She was very professional and extremely nice and friendly! It was a pleasure working with her. She was able to effortlessly help more than one person at a time.

I love shopping at Big Lots. The store was clean and there was plenty of items to shop. When I went to check out there was a nice lady there to check me out. We had a nice conversation and the check out was great! I will come here often in the future.

Seriously, each time Ive been there, the guy in the furniture dept. was on the phone and I couldnt get any answers as to why alot of the signs on the couches said out of stock. We are new to the area and still discovering which local businesses will become our regular destinations. We had only been in our home a few days and needed some cleaning supplies. Walmart had closed and we saw the Big Lots across the street. We entered at about 8:35 PM. At 8:40, an employee came over an told my wife and I they were closing at 9:00 so we needed to make our final selections. A few moments later, about 8:45, we noticed the same lady was visibly stalking us. Standing plainly in our view staring, undoubtedly to “encourage” us to head toward the register. Stubborn as I am, we shopped until about 8:57 before checking out. Needless to say, we won’t be shopping at Big Lots again.

I was disappointed that everything I wanted is out of stock. I cant pre-order, either. I was told to come back when the truck comes in, and maybe I would get lucky and what I want would be on the truck. 😳 😳 😳

Went here for the first time since the reopening- the staff is very helpful and the prices are amazing. I ended up leaving with a large discount on my purchases and some thing my partner and I really like. I will be shopping here more from now on. A lot like hobby lobby with the home decor but better and cheaper 😍

2 weeks ago I was checking out at Big Lots. While in line, I found a penny commenting a penny is good luck. The customer behind me laughed saying if you find a penny give it to the customer behind you. Thats when a Big Lots customer walked up to my register and asked the cashier, How much is her order? He then swiped a Big Lots reward card. I thought he was sharing his rewards with me. I asked the cashier how much is my balance? The cashier said You dont owe anything, he just paid for your order. I cried and hugged the mystery shopper, The customer behind me & Robert the cashier hugged and thanked the mystery shopper. A Big thank you to the mystery Big Lots shopper. WHAT A CHRISTMAS BLESSING!

Found what I needed and everyone was very polite.

Took way too long to check out. People in front of us took 15 min. Girl checking her out was answering phone and doing other stuff too. Why not call up another person for help?

I havent been here in a very long time. They have remodeled. A lot of merchandise is out of stock due to the covid-19 crisis but what they do have is great as always. Theres always unique or hard to find items and they seemed to have upgraded their furniture a bit as well. 🙂

Nice store, didnt have what i was looking for.

Has one giant winding checkout line. There was 12 plus people in line so I just put everything back and left.

Won’t ever be back, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I bought a bed and waited over 1/2 outside for them to bring it out only to go back inside and find the lady talking with other people. Apparently they only wait on certain customers of a certain race. No apology no nothing other than I was coming out in a minute. Very rude because I asked for my money back!

My visit was very pleasant especially with the new changes on floor plans as well as displays. Before the changes it was very tacky looking and disarey, now it looks great. Good job.

I enjoyed my time at the store. Things are going to get better there as far as I know of, due to the expansion of the store. Once the store has expanded I think that things will open up to be a better place. Also they will have a lot more room, a lot more product to carry in the store, and therell be more people to employ more jobs. Which it will be good on all accounts for customers and for the employees or I should say future employees. Well things will work out no matter what at the store because they try to attempt to make people happy as best as they can and to their ability.

They have some decent bargains.

Big Lots proclaims to be a discount store but is in fact higher priced on many items. Having said that there are some things that are very reasonably priced compared to other discount stores including Walmart. They have good sales at Big Lots and housewares tend to be better priced also spices and some snack items are lower-priced. I love that they have different ethnic food options and that is my go-to for those.

Great prices doesnt get to busy so its east to shop at. I usually pick up energy drinks and chips here because of the discount pricing. Check them out

I love me some big lots. Always have for years. Especially liking this new facility. Staff is friendly and helpful..but the stuff. Its supposed to be close out stuff. But you almost rely on finding the same stuff Everytime. Its like a bright orange dollar general now adays.
