Very Friendly. Was eager to answer all my questions and offered fast service. The Sales person was very patient and went above and beyond anything I could expect. The delivery guys were awesome took care of my product and property when delivering into my home. Morgan, John and Young English are friendly folks that always take care of me. THEY deserve a raise.

The guys are great and got a great deal. However there Curiosity Call is a bit ridiculous the day ur payments due there calling u at 10 and 12. I can understand a 5 oclock not long before they close but most people work and they work til later afternoon no sense in making them calls at those times!

We had rented at two other businesses years ago with very bad experiences, so we gave up on rent to own companys, a few years ago we gave Rent One a chance and its been nothing but positive results, no matter who I speak with or who delivers they are Always very friendly and professional, looking forward to many years of business with Rent 1
