Got to the store at 7:38pm and the doors were locked and the lady inside straight up ignored us being at the door. The door sign says they are open till 8, oine says they are open till 8, and even when calling the number it says open till 8. I mean, I understand being short handed and if they needed to close early, maybe putting a sign on the door would be helpful for people coming into the store. But to be ignored and for it to allll say they are open till 8 and Im there 20 minutes before they close is just crazy to me. I only had a technical issue that they probably could have solved in a matter of moments, and now I get to spend an hour on the phone or more trying to get a representative to answer me just to be forwarded to the IT department for another long hold before I get help.

Very helpful very patient and was an exceptional associate !! Would definitely return there again as long as he waited on me put very good care of me as a customer.

AT&T has been screwy for the last ten years or so, had lots of issues since being with them. However, everytime I go into this location madder than a hornet, they fix the issue. May not be terribly timely, but they do try their best and put up with my mad. I wish AT&T would get it together because these guys dont deserve all the angry people they get.

After an extensive amount of time online upgrading a device, I get to the store to find out the store cancelled my order (due to a failure in their online order department). The store, and AT&T, did not inform me of their online failure. So all my time and the trip to the store was a waste. The person working at the store wanted me to tell him my password so he could access my account. Sorry, but not telling my password out loud for all to hear. SMH

Jeremy cramp was one of the best salesman I ever met. I work for the VA for management sales and I can tell you one thing. Mr Cramp was professional and funny and so very knowledgeable, which you is a hard trait to find. I had Sprint since 2003 and I am a hard sell for change...but after 10 min. I was sold and now a proud customer for life. Thank you to whoever hired that man. And to prove I am being serious, my cell number is 918-xxx-xxxx. Ask for Mark. By the way, I tried poaching Jeremy to come work for me at the VA but he is happy where he is. Bummer.Oh ya... one more thing... even after leasing 4 new phone and adding Hotspot, we still saved over 130.00 a month than we had with Sprint. And all our phones were well over 2 years old and 2 of them were 4 years. But the way, Sprint was who recommended us to move to AT&T (along with all our friends as well), because we just could not get any kind of signal at home.

I went to go pay a friends Bill there but she only had an old paper for how much the bill was come to find out she didnt have an AT&t account anymore that was an old account lol.. it happens but they were quick to ask what I needed and they were quick to look it up and get er done

Ive used Verizon, US Cellular, and now AT&T. Best service, SIGNAL and all around satisfaction hands down. The just mad I waisted 4 years in contracts with the other two. Ill never go back. 100% satisfied

I upgraded my phone and the switch over from the old phone to the new phone was done incorrectly and I lost all of the information I had that should have moved over to the new phone. The rep showed no remorse or sympathy. They didn’t offer to find a solution and help out. It was a terrible experience.

Went in for a SIM card at the ATT store in Muskogee in the new strip mall area for the second time trying get this phone activated. I dont know the name of the associate but he acted put out that I was even there and just told me they didnt have any. Basically told me to go somewhere else. I asked if it was normal for a cell phone store to be out of SIM cards and he said well, when people like you come in about 40 times a day asking for them then yes we run out. Extremely rude. If you dont like your job then dont do it. Zero customer service. Complete waste of time. Hopefully they can clean that place up because its in a good area and its a nice building. Worst place to deal with they dont value customers at all. they love to have elderly customers so they can take advantage of them, never have I ever dealt with with this type of customer service experiences with any other service provider.
