1021 W. Okmulgee were great. Attentive, knowledgeable and efficient employees. Down the highway 2 blocks, at the old Sprint store converted to T-mobile... not so much. I wouldnt recommend that store having left there with a replacement screen protector affixed in a shoddy manner, bubbles and dirt, and then pawned off as fixed, leaving me with better than nothing since no more in stock, on the floor display that is...didnt bother to check backroom stock? I thanked him nonetheless, and left dumbfounded. So...choose your stores wisely grasshoppers.

A terrible phone company that will gladly scam you and cover for their employees as they charge toys to your account that you then have to pay off. Also terrible service and poor coverage.

I signed up for an unlimited program. It was to be $50 a month. 5 months into my two year contract. I received a $800.00 bill from Sprint. I called about it and they said that they cannot honor my contact. But wanted me to honor myself contact with them.

The new staff is great, Kylie was very sweet and knowledgeable about the service.

Honestly these stores are a joke, they cant help you very well, they are inexperienced, they wont take money, they cant help with basic phone problems, and 9 times it of 10 they will either have you call customer service where you can understand a damn word most of then are saying, they talk to fast, and they usually refer you to customer service yourself. All they do is sell phones and over priced cases, speakers and phone equipment. SPRINT could easily save money by closing these stores because they are useless.

I wish i could give it a zero. this company lures you in with their unlimited specials, and then raise your fees after your lease is over. their excuse was my promotional period was over. there is nothing stated on their website or when they sign you in. customer service is the worse when you have to resolve a issue. should have stayed with my previous carrier.

I have no words!!! The sales lady talked us into doing a 5 lines for $100 which was for NEW customers only not existing customers. I was promised by the manager which is now the district manager that if I turned in all of the phones that he would clear it..I have been turned over to collections for $1200.00 and he will not return any messages that the employees leave for him... I want to speak to someone who will fix this!!!!!

Notgood at all. Customer service is the worst. Lie to your face to get you to purchase and then when confronted just casually say OH WELL Not just my opinion because just the few minutes I was there others were complaining about the same things!!

Horrible customer service, when i switched over from US Cellular. They never processed my paper work correctly, which in turned made me have to pay off my early termination fees, which sprint was to cover. I finally got it resolved after calling the head corprate. But I would seriously recommend not using this store. If possible go to another store. Seriously issues with management and district management.

The gentleman that help me was extremely professional. He took care of my problem with him and half an hour and I had been working on it for 3 days. I cant thank him enough.

Cant say much for the store but Sprint service in Muskogee is SO unreliable. Too many places in town are dead zones, changing carriers asap.

I love my plan the only thing that sucks is I guess they dont have many towers in places cause I now live in park hill and I dont get any service my sister in laws live beside me and have sprint also and they dont get service either and where i work i dont get service. Please get more towers and Ill give more stars.
