It is so unprofessional to leave the checkout area to go smoking and not enlist the help of other workers to monitor that area. We waited for quite a time to get service while the cashier was outside smoking. Then right after checking us out, she was making a beeline to go back to smoke again when another customer came up to be checked out and had the nerve to say “I almost made it.” This was the store at 17th and Okmulgee in Muskogee. Management needs to get involved and know what is going on at their store!

The Tall girl at 2:30 talked on her phone the entire time. It doesnt seem very professional to me for her to be socializing like that at work.

The management and staff at the store here on West Okmulgee are the greatest! It is more like coming to a goid family members house, not a shopping trip. They definitely care about their customers happiness.

I, on purpose, bought over 30.00 on Gain products to get the $5 off with my clipped coupon. I told the checker n she said it was to late to put in my number. I know they can go back and let me. I am counting pennies because of covid. ☹

The Dollar General on North 17th Street in Okmulgee and Muskogee Oklahoma is one of the best Dollar Generals I know here in Muskogee Brinley workers Friendly Smiles I have had no problems with any of the employees or customers at this store I love this Dollar General I go to it almost every other day I honestly prefer this Dollar General over any other Dollar General in Muskogee Oklahoma

Everytime I go in this place the follow me.

Gollar General usually alwaysvhas what you need. Only thing i dont like is you can usually get it at the dollar tree for a dollar.

The store on York St needs Help!! Desperately!! So bad, I would Volunteer to put products on the shelf instead of on flats stacked so high & close together, some isles a cart could get through. Probably ok because, nothing on the shelves!!Very busy store.....Needs Help!!!

The one on 11th and okmulgee is very small, hard to get around in, also thing in the ad arent really acknowledged by the cashiers

Its not going to change your life, its a Dollar General, but its large and very up to date. You could do worse.

The staff Brittney she really have to do her job right. She doesnt even know how to put the product manually in the system. When I went to check out they told me the products I choose are not for sale. They are not in the system.I found the product in the dollar aisle and she told me she doesnt even know how much is it .Ridiculous! Seriously!! Super ridiculous!

Store manager, Branson, isnt very pleasant. Ever! Check out is painstakingly slow.They are constantly in need of $1 & $5 bills and they wont take $100 bills. Its like they dont have a regular bank so they put that inconvenience on the customers.

Well the cashiers arent friendly at all. Also met the manager also not friendly. Signs at the register no cash back no $100 bills even debit card machine with sign no cash back. The only positive thing was store was clean .also was looking for a couple of things couldnt find normally found in all other Dollar Generals and I usually do most of my shopping there for alot of my household needs

The store was clean and stocked. Personally I dont like how small the aisles are in their stores but meh. The cashier woman was very nice.

Well i know its new but didnt seem like they had a selection of various items like the others,But item selection is based of location and population, So maybe thats why seems kinda like the aisles are narrow???
