This is a great place to get your bike parts or get bike repairs. Have an older bike that i love but brake was broken and couldnt figure out where to get proper size grips for handle bars. I took my bike in and they were able to get everything fixed the same day. Very reasonable prices. Will use again for any of my bike needs.

It seems like if youre buying theyre your best friend, but if youre there for the ups service they feel theyre doing you the favor. I was pretty much told we dont get paid to listen to you complain about the ups service,and I said ups is paying you.They responded $0.27 (for my package I dropped off).Ill make sure any other package returns going by ups get dropped off @ Walgreens so they get the 27 cents. If you dont want to be bothered,stop offering the service.

They try and get scooter riders to shop there but don’t pay any attention and would rather give good service to skaters from out of state then to local scooter riders

Im a beginner when it comes to bikes and what I need repaired. The whole staff are extremely helpful, and Mr Rons knowledge and skills are even more so when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. The bikes and parts are fairly priced and Im nothing but happy with my bike and parts Ive purchased at Hoopes hardware. I will definitely continue to give my local Hoopes my business.

The entire team at Hoopes is phenominal. Bikes, hardware, and soon a cafe. What else could one desire.Hoopes has added a huge skateboard and long board selection, as well as a selection of BMX bicycle.

Its really great there customer service is 4/5 the lady there is very sweet and helpful. Its pretty clean there, and they do have (some)stuff you need for roller/board skating

Took our daughter’s bike in for brake repair. He got to it right away and had it fixed in no time. It needed more done than we thought but he charged a very fair price. His passion for bikes is very apparent and we appreciate his work. Also, getting love from their cute pooch Conan is a big plus!
