Maybe this was unique. I was ordering a $4 part. Weigh minimum. The web site crashed before I could finish the transaction. On her side she got the order and sent it 2-day delivery which took 4 days and charged $28 for shipping and handling. I sent the part back since I was never able to confirm the order and bought the part with shipping for $5 elsewhere. She refunded for the $4 part cost. I will never use this company again. I checked at the local Post Office shipping as it was shipped I would have been charged $5 for overnight. It is worth shopping around for legit shipping charges.
