Great customer service! We looked for paint at several big chains and did not like the experience. We will be returning to Sherwin Williams for future purchases.

Went to pick up paint for my husband on Thursday, Tanner was the rudest customer service employee I’ve witnessed to date. I usually never leave negative reviews but this made me very uncomfortable. There was another young man there who was wonderful. Tanner argued with the person in front of me in line and laughed after they left about them calling the corporate office on him. Then proceeded to act like he didn’t want to make my husbands paint, he called in the day before, that was supposed to be ready. I’ve been to other Sherwin-Williams and I’ve always had great service, very disappointed about my experience at this location.

LARRY IS THE BEST MANAGER THIS STORE WILL EVER HAVE. KNOWS IT ALL INSIDE AND OUT.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy to reorder by phone or in person. I can call and ask for more of the last paint I purchased and just go by to pick it up. Overall, it is a much more personalized experience compared to big box stores like Lowes.

Knowledgeable staff, good prices. And they have everything youll need. If they are missing something, they will order it. Totally recommend.

That the staff are friendly and helpful. Theres a large variety of paint colors to choose from and all of the accessories you could possibly need to paint/decorate your home.

Clerk did not verify my info, insisted he’s “got this”. Because we aren’t local, I knew he didn’t. Finally asked for phone number. Spent :20 to end up not having stain base we needed.

We get most of our painting supplies at Sherwin Williams. We love their paint!
