The associates are super friendly and will go out of their way to assist you with any questions or information you need. If you go in be prepared to see things that you wont find anywhere else. Plus they have reasonable prices, which is a good thing. The place makes you want to walk around and shop.

A good place to find just about anything you need (or dont need) for your bed, bath or beyond. You can get almost anything you need for the house here. The store seemed a little picked over on our last visit but its always another good one to stop by on a mall trip! If they dont have it in the store...just order it. They ship crazy fast as well!

This location always has the things Im looking for in stock. Place also is very clean the people that work there do take care of it good work everyone. Make sure to sign up for their emails they send you coupons all the time.

I got some great items there. I was somewhat disappointed that the pool toys that were in the email I received were not available. Of the other items I purchased, they were well packaged and rang up at the correct sale price.

It is in a seedy looking mall and not nearly as big as ours, but the employees were nice and we found what we needed.

Great variety of bed, bath and kitchen items. Kitchen stuff is unique, useful and wide variety. I went for new kitchen trash cans and found exactly what I was looking for. This is the second set of cans purchased for the kitchen from BB&B. One box was shelved high, but store clerk retrieved quickly and put in a cart that he pulled up for me. He was kind and courteous. Line to register was a bit slow even with 3 checkers (coupon day?), but was still a good shopping trip. Plenty of parking and people wearing their masks, hand sanitizer at the door. Signs posted regarding mask requirement.

Great place to shop love shopping there

This was a very nice Bed Bath and Beyond. My sister and I both had returns from Christmas without recipe and they gave of store credit without no hassle. It was covid safe and well staffed for the number customers inside and although we were there durning their restocking hours in the middle of the week we could still get around the store with relative ease. We each found something that day to spend the credit on. So if you are looking for a good store this one is well stocked with friendly employees.

I had a mess up with my order and was a little upset but I wanted to say that Kelly was able to help my every need. She calmed me down and assured me they would handle it. I got off the phone asking for a refund but she got me my items over night free of charge. She was a gem to deal with and I’m glad she answered the phone to help.

Natasha was so informative and knowledgeable about the programs that bed bath & beyond has to offer. She is truly an outstanding sales representative! She helped me sign up for the beyond+ membership which saved money on my purchase. I was already a frequent customer but I’m sure I’ll be back to this location even more! We LOVE Bed Bath & Beyond and were so happy to find one so close to our new condo in Myrtle Beach. We went in with a list of 3 items and came out with several bags of great finds along with the 3 things we went in to shop for. Having the 20% off coupons are a blessing. Customer Service could used a lot of improvement. She was rude and useless. So in the middle of me asking a question she turned her back and walked away ignoring me. And since we were the only ones there she didnt think I was talking to someone else. Needless to say I walked out without spending a done and shouldering even let my mother buy the $3 golden girl mints at the counter. And we wont be back.

I was expecting the inventory to be jumbled because of the Christmas shopping season but I was pleasantly surprised when my wife and I walked into this location and found the shelves neatly stocked and logically arranged. It was very easy to shop for cookware which was displayed in an easy to evaluate manner.

This is the only store I can find good pillow at. It is also a bakers dream store. My wish list is long!

We were quickly able to find the items that we were looking for . I was alarmed when we approached the checkout area and saw the long line. But management quickly had additional checkout lanes opened to expedite our purchases.

Lots and lots of stuff is the best way I can put it. From the second you walk in you are looking at thousands of products. Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, pet and more. They have a nice listing for local SC colleges dorm room needs which is a nice touch. Now dont think BB & B is inexpensive as I feel some things are priced on the high side. Entry is either from outside or through the mall with plenty of parking available. Check your phone or online for your 20% off an item discount as it pays.

I could get lost in here looking at all the different stuff between curtains, rugs, bedding, and kitchen gadgets OH MY!! The staff is around on the floor and you can actually find an employee when you need one and they always have a smile on their face and talk to you and acknowledge you are there!

The store looks great. It is clean and full of wonderful merchandise. A little overstocked in my opinion. I love to browse and look at everything especially coffee related stuff. The prices are not realistic in the age of Amazon and Wal-Mart. I guess they cant be any cheaper due to the high expenses of the store and personnel. Some people care more about the service and store atmosphere than the price. You will definitely find things here that you like but for myself I find it pricey. If money was not an issue its a five star for sure.

Nice selection and great items for holiday gift giving, however items tend to be more expensive than other retailers. Purchased a shell sifting/digging stick for the beach as a gift which had no price- thought it would be a great stocking suffer- got to the register to find out it was $30. Only ended up buying one as we wanted to get multiple but too expensive.

One of my favorite stores of all time. Customer service is great. Selection of things you can find is never ending. You can really find something for everyone at this store. Sales are good. There is always something new to see and always something I want here....
