They were super friendly, excellent customer service, the place was clean and had a good smell so you can be comfortable while waiting on your vehicle. I asked the guy how much a soda cost and he said everything was free for the comfort of the guests. I also received a small token of appreciation from these guys! I needed a windshield for a 1957 Chevy Pickup that I’m restoring. I was having a hard time finding one at a reasonable price due to shipping costs. Justin and his crew at Show Time Glass was able to get it for me at a fraction of the cost that the others were charging, AND that had it for me the very next day! The business is well equipped with TV’s, video games, pool table, snacks and ice cream! They put in a lot of effort to make it a pleasant experience for the customer!

So far so good. The windshield has not been replaced yet however this is an accommodating location. With pool table and play area for kids and adults. What a pleasure, windshield done and they will even replace your wipers as part of the service. Amazing!

Our family is here on vacation and while driving to the outlets a rock hit our windshield. We found Show Time Glass near our hotel. This place was fast, accommodating and the set up inside is perfect for keeping kids entertained while you waited. We have a 7 month old and they had a changing table set up. It literally took them less than 10 minutes to repair the little crack. They are super nice and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a repair while on vacation!

This is one AMAZING business model! I just wish my husband & I had thought of this childs play area PLUS snacks (& lots of them) including icecream when we were in business! These guys are so smart! AND, the price was $90 cheaper than one of the other large windshield companies in town (we dont have collision or comprehensive insurance due to the age of the truck when had a cracked windshield.) Bottom line, dont go anywhere else. You will be amazed (including at the speed of the service!).

I’m so happy I was referred to Show Time by friends!! I had a huge crack in my windshield that was fixed within a day. The employees were so patient on the phone with insurance and answering my questions. They were so welcoming and the business itself was an experience of its own with games, snacks, and TVs to keep you occupied. Service was done within an hour!

They were great. They were able to find the back glass for my 350Z and have it there and installed in less than 3 days. Super nice people and their waiting area makes the time you spend there enjoyable too. I would recommend them to anyone who needs glass replacement.

They were absolutely amazing! They used original Toyota parts and calibrated all of my sensors on my windshield. And when I went to pick up my car, my mom said that she’ll be back because she had a chip on her windshield. They said no need to come back and took care of it immediately. I met several members of this business during last weeks MOPAR car show here in Myrtle Beach (10-15 NOV 2020) and arranged for my windshield to be replaced at their shop. They told me they had a pretty unique showroom and they werent kidding! Free cold drinks, candy, chips, and even ice cream for everyone while you wait. Plus arcade games, a pool table and dart board. My grandsons didnt want to leave (neither did I to tell you the truth) lol What a wonderful experience. What a refreshing surprise to find a business today with such high standards of communication and professionalism. I made an appointment to get my window repaired and as I pulled into the parking lot a staff member came out to greet me and take my car for me. He explained what they were going to do and who was going to be working on it. He encouraged me to help myself in the lobby through the front door. As I entered, I was greeted by Phil who told me to have some ice cream on the house or anything else that I wanted. There was an extensive array of entertaining games, candies, refreshments, literature, etc, that was all free while I waited. There were children playing about and Phil kept me and my daughter engaged with thoughtful conversation.I felt right at home and welcomed. Never before have I experienced such a warm environment in the auto industry. I would go back there anytime, even if it were just to make conversation again. Thank you guys for fixing my window, and then some! :)

When you walk in the place, various retro arcade machines and a pool table are there for your enjoyment to play for free. Jars of candy ice cream and sodas, all complimentary for your enjoyment. So I brought my 91 Honda Civic to show time glass for a windshield replacement. When they got the windshield off we found out that the car had some major rust spots! That didn’t spot them from working magic though! Before showtime put their hands on my car it leaked every time it rained! It’s been 24 hours now and I’ve seen no signs of water coming through! This is an awesome company who cares solely about their customers, I highly recommend them to anyone who needs glass work and an entertaining wait while the work is done.

OMG !! and thats not even loud enough !! All I can say is if I could break my windshield again, I would ! Of course I dont think my insurance would agree, but this place is seriously somewhere I would want to come back & just hang out. My guy pocketed 21 dollars in the money booth & it was so fun to watch. Theres a pool table & a comfy sitting area to watch TV with slot machines. Fun, fun, fun, plus the super cute poodle pooch which I almost took him home. Man, everyones name escapes me now, but everyone was amazing. I cant even say what a great experience this was for just a windshield replacement. I recommend to just go in & check it out even if ya dont have a crack. GOOD JOB to all the crew !
