Can’t thank Greg and his team enough for rolling out the red carpet for me and my children when my truck broke down while visiting Mrytle beach this past 4th of July weekend!!! Shop was busy but they gave me such special care and took care of me quick so I could get back on the road the next day. He kept the price as fair as possible and even tho it wasn’t a cheap fix it feels amazing knowing they did great work. They found me a hotel and brought me and my children to and from!! Nicest people I met during my travels. Thank you guys so much!!

Did absolutely nothing. Their communication is a JOKE and never do they call you before they do work. Not only that, left it on the lot for 3 days came back worse. They didn’t fix the seal and had the filter barely hanging on. If you want to save a LOT of money DO NOT GO HERE.

My wife purchased a Volvo from there 2 weeks ago for $500. She was told the car worked but they had lost the key for it. She was able to get them to tow it to a local Volvo dealer and we got a key for another $275. The dealership try to start it and they said it needed a crankshaft ( upwards of $1000+). Beyond that who know what else was wrong with it. Granted my wife should have not purchased it to begin with without starting it, test driving, and having it checked out by a different mechanic but Auto Village should have been honest about the issues with the car (I am sure they knew what was up with the car if it was on their lot when they got it). They should do the right thing and refund the money for taking advantage of my wife to begin with. Sad there are people in business like this but what ever you do, DO NOT TRUST this place or give them any money up front unless you dont care to lose your money. Buyer beware!

I moved to Myrtle Beach two years ago now retired, and was looking for a good affordable and honest mechanic. I check online and found this shop close to my home. I call and talk to to Greg the owner, super nice and friendly person. It is a family owned shop. I bought in my Mercedes-Benz 2010 ML350 for a service. He did a excellent job great price He is a great and trustworthy person and will continue to have him as my mechanic and recommend him..

I recently bought a car from here. Shortly after buying it (2 hours) an engine code came on. After bringing it into a shop we found that the wastegate was left unplugged and that turbo is bad and is about $3,000 to get it fixed. Obviously they knew about it because the wastegate is very accessible. After calling them back they told me I could bring it in to get looked at but I would pay the regular service price as they do not put any warranty on the vehicles they sell, or at least thats what I was told.Reply: I have the title and proof of purchase with your business name on it, seems like you should keep record of these things. Its a 2012 Audi A4, one of your workers drove it to Charleston for me to buy.

For everyone reading this, DO NOT go here. The salesman was very professional at first. We worked on a deal on one of his vehicles that I was interested in. I put a $500.00 deposit down on the vehicle, just to hold the car for 2 days while everything went through. After figuring out the vehicle had more damage that I thought, I decided not to buy the vehicle. They ignored my messages for multiple days, and stole my deposit, stating We have a sign that says no refunds on deposits. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Always take care of my boyfriends bmw when a service light comes on.....reasonable prices for quality mechanics and always leave us satisfied.

Auto Village has the best prices and very helpful. They were great with prices on used tires/vehicle parts. I have also had major work done with them as well where they bolted my engine down no issues afterwards.

My work truck broke down and I needed immediate repair service. The problem was quickly diagnosed and I was back on the road. I didnt have to reschedule one of my customers. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Extremely courteous. This is the only auto repair shop I will take my vehicles to.

This place is by far the best place on the beach at the best price. Greg is 100% honest and trustworthy.. If your car is a pos, he can fix it, but hes going to tell you it is. Been dealing here over a year now with all my vehicles with no issues at all. Every time I needed work done, Greg and Brenda went out of their way to fit me in same day service. Thanks guys!

I love the family here. Everyone that works here is wonderful in every way. I honestly feel as though they would do anything in their power to help you. Prices are what they are, any business has to make money, but they are not out to profit off of your misfortune.

Out here on vacation and had an issue with my Range Rover. The staff was super friendly accommodating and the price was more than fair. Gregg got me in and out quickly with no worries.

Auto village center has nailed it! Its hard to find an honest, trustworthy, and affordable car maintenance technician in Myrtle Beach. Greg worked late and after hours one evening to take care of our vehicle and would not leave until it was fixed! If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Will only be dealing with Greg and Auto village center from here on out. Highly recommend this place for anyone living or visiting the Myrtle Beach area!! Thanks for your help Greg!

Highly recommend this shop.. They are honest and go out of their way to help you. I have been going there for oil changes, but when my AC went..they handled everything with my warranty company and got the job done quick and efficiently!

Thanks to Greg & all his employees for being so patient and welcoming while im in the market to get a car! I do plan on buying a car through these guys because they do good honest work. Lots of other dealerships in this area are absolutely MISERABLE to deal with. He has some good prices on well running vehicles! Hope to visit you guys again soon...

These guys are fantastic!!! Greg is very professional and is the most honest mechanic I know. When I come here I know that I am getting quality service at a fair price and I dont have to worry about being lied to as most mechanics will to a woman. He tells it to me straight and doesnt talk down to me. His wife, who runs the front office, always has a smile and a kind word. They are a class act all the way and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good service center. These guys ROVK!!

We contacted attorney general regarding their business practices. They will charge you with no break down on receipts. Please message me if you guys were charged too much or job wasnt done. Im maki g sure this place getting audited. Time to shut these kind of businesses down.

This place is extremely unprofessional. I came in on an appointment and they only had one person working cars. Overhearing the phrase hey who was that guy that needed a job? We need some help in here. wasnt very reassuring of a well oiled machine of a business.My oil change went as expected but the guy working on my car didnt use any protection when entering or exiting the vehicle, leaving oil all over my seat, floor, and steering wheel!!!!Another CON to this place was we were offered oil change service for $10 a pop when you buy 10 of them. Well, come to find out, that doesnt include all the taxes as well as the disposal of your old oil. Nice hidden fees!A week later, my car needed service again because all the oil drained from my car. Come to find out....they put the wrong filter in my car! This has been causing my engine to stutter!!!!I will not be returning and I implore you find a more reputable place to go.

This place saved my life! I went to them with almost NO brakes and they were very concerned about me leaving the shop with my vehicle in this condition. At the time I didnt have a lot of money on me and the lady in the office helped me out on my payment. I give this place two thumbs up! They really care for their customers.

I came down to Myrtle Beach for a softball tournament from Atlanta GA. My wifes car was sputtering really bad on the way up here. I needed to find a shop and get the spark plug and wires changed out so we could have a better ride home. I found this shop here and man, the owner Greg is such a good dude. When I originally talked to him, they closed at 4 but he told me if he has to stay open till 6 he would. Customer service is great here. Performed the work I wanted done and now the car runs smoothly. Thanks Auto Village Center. Very pleased with my experience here...

I came by without an appointment to have an issue with my Mercedes assessed. Desmond took my car right away and not only addressed that issue, but took care of other potential problems, giving me information for future maintenance. I absolutely recommend him

People were friendly and got job done BUT I go to pay and am told the amount. Look at my card statement and it does not match the receipt AND what I was told. Called to inform they over charged me and request a refund but no it was a 3% credit card surcharge which “is posted on the shop counter”. I was never made aware. Both verbally and my bill stated a lesser charge. Does not sit well with me and is not a way to run a business. I will not visit again.

These guys are pros! Greg the owner is very experienced and has a wealth of knowledge providing excellent service for any vehicle!!!! Mark the mechanic was fast and was easy to understand these guys are the best on the beach!!!!

Greg and his staff are friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. Most places I have gone to are quick to sell you things you dont need, especially to women, so a shop that tells you honestly what you need AND tries to navigate the most cost effective methods is a plus in my book!!

Greg is the best foreign car mechanic around! I was bummed when he left NYS. I might drive to Myrtle from NY just to have him service my 1999 BMW 528i wagon.
