Beautiful store, product is amazing from clothing to accessories. What drew me in was how beautiful it smelled from their gorgeous candles and eye catching displays. Teresa and Chloe are the best of the best when it comes to retail employees. Well done ♡

This is an interesting store with an extremely curated list of products trying desparately to be unique and one of a kind, while being a cookie cutter version of the same store no matter where you go. A deeper look into the products and even the decor/displays shows that beyond the initial impression, its not as unique or worth as much as the price tag.

Loved all the stuff, especially the pottery. Indeed, a unique place in Ottawa. A must visit.

I have always walked by Anthro, because I really didnt know how to dress myself in there...thankfully they have Holly there! Best customer service I have experienced in a retail worker. From the moment I stepped in she was super helpful, knowledgeable and completely transparent. I have since come to her for styling/product suggestions, and she has always gone out of her way to help. I am waaaay poorer since discovering Anthropologie, but I feel much more fashionable. ❤️

This place smells great.

Total scam to buy an e-gift card online. They take your funds, then require you to 3-way call your bank institution so they can get the “trace code” to verify your purchase. I refused as obviously the bank asks personal questions to verify who you are and I’m not having an Anthropologie sales person listen in... I was on the phone with my bank for an hour and a half, spoke to several agents and a manager and they had never heard of this and indicated that because I used my credit card, there was no trace code to be given. They had already taken my funds. I still have not got my money back, and because I couldn’t provide them with my private banking information, they cancelled my order and so I never received my gift card. Total scam, be warned.

Service was amazing. A great blend of help and step back. Remembered my name! Felt genuine. Sale rack was great. Love the ease of moving through the store. Racks are not overstuffed (hurting my shoulder). Style variety ranges from simple/plain to fun/wild. I received gifts for Christmas from there from both friends and family so to me they must be broadly appealing. I love their playful pottery!

This wasnt my first visit, but it was my first experience interacting with the staff beyond the normal greetings. I had a wonderful time. All of their staff were super friendly and I had a great time in the fitting rooms with Chris as I was trying some things on.I came away with a super cute jumpsuit from the sale section and I think Ill definitely be coming back as they have some great retro styles.

Staff members are so friendly and the store smells amazing upon entry. Theyre not overbearing with offering their help, and theyre very informative. Its great to see employees happy about the products they sell; theres a really happy and cheerful atmosphere here!

More products are needed, I pop in every few weeks and the mugs, dishware, always seem the same.

Sorry ladies-the women who work here are incredibly helpful and kind but the company they’re repping is unfortunately complete garbage. Ordered a pillow in store to be shipped from Montreal and was assured that only products in perfect condition would be sent. Extremely disappointed that a store in Montreal shipped me a very obviously damaged pillow. Contacted customer service and was told to ship the item back and was told I would receive an e gift card. Five months later and I’m still fighting with them to refund me. Please do not waste your money with this company, it’s so not worth it.

Very overpriced clothes for non-designer brands. That might be the reason why a few locations are closing down. Customers shop here for its unique styles.

Its a nice big store but it feels like a jumble. They had very little in the way of furniture and accessories as opposed to their website which is what I was looking for.

As a man, nothing in the store except for a few interesting home decor items. Would love a mens section. Grilfriend likes shopping here even though its very pricey.

You either : dont go in OR increase your credit card limit and go shopping there. Its sooo pretty but 200$ for a pair of pants makes me wonder where peoples priorities are at.

Beautiful items in the store. Staff dont hassel you while you shop which personally, I appreciate. Some things are a little over priced imo. But the selection of clothing, loungewear and textiles is really lovely. Its a pretty cute store. And quite boho.

Its an interesting edit shop feeling. They sell everything from clothing to home decor and kitchenware. I think its a bit expensive if you buy at a full price. But interesting design, I appreciate the delicacy of the product.

Of all, good quality but much too expensive. Some things, like calendars and planners, are on sale at $ 12 while they are found at $ 3 Dollorama.
