Im changing this because their security needs to be more secure someone went underneath my dads RV and took his Cadillac converter so I hope you guys are paying for this its on you and its not on him

Kept vehicle 2 months and never received a complete estimate. Gave one estimate with only 2/3 of items for which we requested an estimate. While waiting for a complete estimate, we were stalled, promised, and lied to. When we finally gave up and picked up our RV, we received zero apologies. If youre looking for free storage of your RV, just leave it with them and request an estimate.

3 week stay with no answers but no leaks since departure. 3 stars because my service rep was very nice. Broken arm on my ceiling fan, missing/broken screws, and mouse droppings in my drawers...is this normal?

Very nice..susposed to call back to find out if they can order my part

Will never buy an RV here again.
