Love this place. Come here for all my smell good needs! The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help if needed. They always have a sale going on too. Definitely a good place to check out even if not for yourself, their products are great for gifts when you dont know what to get someone. Everybody needs soaps and whatnot!!!!

Yeah, so my boyfriend and I came in last week, were immediately greeted and they ask us if we are looking for anything in particular we say no, were just shopping. The next 15 minutes, we were asked if we needed any help 8 times by the same 2 employees. Not sure if they thought we were stealing (I strongly doubt it, one of the employees were black, I think they were just overly friendly or customer service was beat into their head too much during training) or if they didnt realize they had already asked us multiple times even after we told them we werent looking for anything in particular. Either way, it was very uncomfortable and the employees seemed almost robotic & dont feel bad if you have to shoo them away.

First time I stopped into this B&BW while in Myrtle Beach. Mall is nice and safe as well as not to busy. Had a coupon for some free items and decided to spend it and a few extra $$$. First almost every B&BW has super friendly and helpful people. They allowed me to sample several items which I ended up buying a few. One thing we always love is the new and colorful displays that greet you as you walk in. All I can say it is worth a visit and a few moments of your time as almost every person who walked in walked out with a bag of personal goodies.

Even though the store was crowded I had excellent customer service with finding everything I needed . Michelle and Lucy were so nice and helpful and explained the sale and help me with the items I had coupons for. They were awesome! The cashier was also very nice and reminded me that I could get 3 more items free. I definitely recommend this store.

Love the ladies that work here. But today very disappointed in my sales transaction. Had 3 free items get there & 2 have expired 1 left to use. I still took all 3 bottles thinking 1 will be free. Their current sale is buy 2 get 1 free so cashier says I cant use my free reward. Also had coupon for a free small bottle worth $7.50. But bought 3 well their on the same sale cashier says just go get another 1 & that 1 will be free with the coupon! Im very disappointed in the way they run their sales & rewards program!

There was a large selection of candles for $11.95 and a huge display, maybe two displays of 75% off items. I really had a nice time shopping there and everyone was very polite.

All have Shea Butter & Coconut Oil with Vitamin E, offering 24-Hour-Moisture. So gonna test these out, hoping all is great. I use the foaming hand soaps daily. They smell great; leave no oily residue. Also love the aromatherapy line. Faves include eucalyptus mint, orange ginger, bergamot, lavender. And, they are great for gifts. Love the candles as well. Yummy warm winter scents, and for spring, -peach and watermelon lemonade ! Aromatherapy is a good addiction to have !

Employees were very helpful. The only thing I didnt understand was why a wallflower that was taken out of one bin had to be taken out of another bin to get the sale price...same one but with two different prices. However, I didnt have to go get it, the other employee next to cashier went to get it. Seemed very inefficient.... not on employees part but on Bath & Body Works part. In the end, it all worked out. Kudos to the employees.

Went on black friday while on vacation while the store was super busy staff still went out of the way to try and help my set up an awards account to make sure I recieved all best coupons and deals even though I had some complications in doing so even had multiple staff members trying to help while the wife shopped the staff was awesome. they showed patientence in also learned they do carry some sents for guys as well

I came here actually looking for the hand creams, on the website it stated $4 for 1 FL oz, me not noticing that it said 1 FL oz and the picture being deceiving it looking like a regular size bottle I go there looking for them, there was no employees around to tell me where the hand creams where. It took me at least 10 minutes to even find and employee and they take me to this little shelf right in front of the registers and pointed then left. He was super rude about it. Im not mad about the size, it was my fault for not looking close enough on the website. My review is for the rude employee that I had to track down for 10 minutes. Poor customer service and social skills.
