Not very helpful. And I guess they arent interested in selling used batteries. Cause every time I call to see if they have a battery, its always the same answer. And Ive called lots of times about lots of different cars, cause Im a mechanic. Even when I say the car has a big battery tray, so anything close will work. Save thing, the guy just says, we dont have anything to fit. You mean they dont have ANY used top post batteries? I guess not. So if youre looking for a used battery, I would recommend going to grand stand pick n pull or LKQ and Ive heard Dons u pick it has good deals. I love interstate batteries, but I wont even buy a new one from here. Cause they dont wanna even bother with used batteries.

Place is a rip off salesman checked my battery on a 6 year free replacement, only 30 months is free, after you get charged.... nowhere in writing does it say that, but I will not pay 100 for a 6 year free replacement battery

9/6/16 = I special ordered an AGM 48 month free replacement green battery from them that Interstate Corporates website says would fit in my car. My mechanic in could not put it in as the clamps would not fit down properly. Scott, at this distributorship, tried to do it too, and could not due to the wrong size plastic base that comes with the battery. He quickly put in a regular lead acid battery with a little more Cold Cranking Amps, and it fit beautifully. He also did it without loosing any of my programmed settings in my car, and all for free installation. I thought my car was hard to work on due to two covers that have to be removed to get at the battery location, but Scott made easy work of it. I am again very happy with the price (I was given a full refund on the green AGM battery), and the great service. I buy my batteries from this distributor, because they tend to be fresher than some of the batteries at retail outlets.About 5 years ago =I awoke early to do something other than replace my 27 month old Interstate battery. When my cars battery didnt sound as energenic as I was I called the Interstate All Battery Center in Myrtle Beach, SC that I bought it from at 6:30 AM just to see what their hours are. To my surprise, Doug answered the phone and told me to come on over so he could check out what was wrong. He quickly found that one cell was bad, and replaced it with a new, free battery without me asking him to do it. My new battery has a 30 month free replacement guarantee just like my old one did, and I am very pleased. I learned that they also sell alarm and cell phone batteries too. They sell to the military, and just about anybody who needs one to hundreds of batteries. I like Interstate auto batteries, as my two Lexus mechanic friends tell me they are the best. Doug, was the best, as he quickly helped me avoid using my jumper cables that day, or on an upcoming trip.
