Currently on our honeymoon in Myrtle Beach and had ordered chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake to be delivered the day we flew in. They were delivered b4 we got to our hotel. So delicious...thank you!

I always order from them, they have never let me down. Fruit is always fresh and yummy.

Called last-minute on a Saturday for an arrangement for the PICU Nursing team at Grand Strand after a really tough day. They were extremely friendly, and delivered the arrangement in less than an hour, even during bike week traffic. Can’t thank them enough for executing when I needed it most. Would highly recommend, and will absolutely use them again!! Thank you, EA - you are appreciated.

My granddaughter received some chocolate covered berries for her birthday today, and the delivery driver left another persons gift at the door as well! So she called and got a machine that wouldnt take a message. The delivery person called later to see if she can come back and get it, unfortunately my granddaughter had left to go to dinner.Was this person honestly going to pick it up after they had already opened it?? This is entirely outrageous!! I told my granddaughter that hers may have been delivered to someone as well!! You may want to think twice before you order or accept from EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!!

Julie was wonderful and incredibly reassuring when I spoke with her on the phone today! My friend, who would be receiving an edible arrangement today, wouldn’t be home until later in the day, and Julie was kind enough to arrange for my order to be the last delivery of the day to ensure the fruit arrangement would arrive when my friend was home! And, Bill, the delivery gentlemen was amazing! He called me multiple times to ensure the delivery was timed perfectly! I was truly touched by this gesture and couldn’t be more appreciative : ) Thanks so much to Julie and Bill!

I had such a wonderful experience. I placed an order online and a few hours later I was able to pickup the order. I went to the store and my order was ready to go and beautifully arranged. My husband has tried to surprise me twice in the last week with chocolate covered strawberries and the employees won’t make them. This is the Myrtle Beach location. The first time last week he stopped in and called from the parking lot. They said they couldn’t make them. He didn’t ask for anything special...just a cup of chocolate dipped strawberries. Today, he again tried to surprise me for Nurse’s Day. This time he called ahead to order. He told them he wanted some chocolate dipped strawberries in a coffee mug. They told him they were only making Mother’s Day gifts today. They even told him they would make them if he wanted to add a Mother’s Day balloon or box. Today is Nurse’s Day!! It is not Mother’s Day. He even told them he would just take a cup of chocolate dipped strawberries without the mug. They still wouldn’t make them because he wouldn’t buy something that said Mother’s Day!!!

Their website wouldnt allow me to place an order by Credit Card. It will blank out the State when you hit the submit button and wont let you continue. It would also auto fill a billing address I have no idea why (and no i dont use saves). A N Main St if someone else gets it?

Customer service is non existent! 6 months or more ago I ordered. Phone didnt ring and off the hook. Not able to contact them.Now Valentines Day. Same exact thing. No phone. No customer service. Never again.

Dont waste your time trying to place an order...... 30 minutes trying... no such luck... I have never TRIED this hard to give a business my service....

If I could give a zero, I would. Open at 8am... BULL. Door still locked 815a . If you open at 8am, Order should be able to be picked up at 8:00 a.m.. Not you get there at 5 minutes till 8.Very poor business practice. Wish I could tell my patients that I open at 9 but they cant get service until 930. Instead you should arrive an hour early so that you can actually perform business transactions at 8:00 a.m. when you open. You have a monopoly on this service in our area which is very sad. Never again

Sent a birthday arrangement to my daughter who was in town just for the weekend. Her arrangement arrived on time and she was so surprised and happy!

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries as a gift for my hubby. After receiving the wrong ones the mistake was promptly corrected and we got to keep the mistaken order. I can deal with a mistake but properly handing the mistake is what will keep me as a loyal customer. They were some of the biggest best strawberries I’ve ever had.

I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day to deliver to my Mom who was vacationing at a resort in Myrtle Beach. On the Saturday morning, I tracked the arrangement to see if it had been delivered as I knew my Mom was out of the hotel at the time and wanted to double-check with front desk. The package was listed as delivered, but upon calling the front desk, they stated they never received anything. I called Edible Arrangements and Grace immediately said she would take a look. She went through the drivers notes and said that it was supposed to have been delivered that morning and that they ask hotel employees to put it in the fridge. She showed concern and empathy and told me that she would make it right whatever it takes. She insisted she would track it down and asked that I give the hotel another call with more specific directions to look for the package. The hotel still insisted they didnt receive anything so Grace said they would send another package in the morning and apologized wholeheartedly for the hiccup.My Mom arrived home at the hotel and 5 minutes later texted me saying thank you for the beautiful chocolate-covered strawberries. She said they were huge, fresh and delicious. The incident couldve turned out horribly (I dont know if the package was misplaced by Edible Arrangements or the hotel, but I assume it was the hotel) but Graces kind demeanour and willingness to help ensured that I would have no issue ordering in the future from Edible Arrangements and recommending to friends. Thank you, Grace!

Have been trying to call this location for 2 hours and keep being put straight on hold, and after 45 minutes of waiting, I hung up and called back. The phone was at this point, turned off. So I gave it another try after about a hour, and once again was put on hold for another 45 minutes. I called back 2 more times with the phone being off both times.

Ordered an arrangement for my wifes first Mothers Day - its 8:30 pm and still have not received it. Maybe they will deliver it next year. Terrible service
