Oreo apple was not good. Oreos were soft!!

Great fudge and candy. I wish I would have gotten more. Minus 1 star cause its expensive as heck. Also the staff was awkward and couldnt tell me what kind of fudge he liked. Had he never had it ?!

I purchased one slice of fudge and a one dip ice cream cone at the store in the Briarcliff Tanger Outlet. No prices were posted, but I was hungry. I paid almost $20 for these 2 items!! WAY to pricey for a local Myrtle Beach, SC senior aged person. Also, Tanger Outlet is a discount shopping Center!I had not walked 10 feet from this store, when the ice cream cone started breaking apart and fell out of my hand, wasting my pleasure. I was very disappointed. I will not make another purchase there.I rated it 2 stars because it was clean and the sales attendant was very courteous.

The worker was very rude to my mom as she was looking to see what she wanted. It appeared that she didn’t want to be there. She acted as if we had to know what we wanted immediately upon arrival. She kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. Then my mom wanted to pay cash and handed her a $50. She refused to accept the cash and said “Is that all you’ve got?” Then she said she was not allowed to give anymore change than $20. Very rude and inconsiderate. Fudgery should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a rude employee to work in their store. A very major turn off. Probably will not be back.***EDIT This was originally a 1 star review. However, the home office reached out to us and offered us a full refund as well as a coupon for a free piece of fudge. This is great customer service and we appreciate it very much.

Visited this location on 8/23 around 3pm. I ordered fudge which to be honest.. wasn’t good. My husband ordered a double scoop of a coffee flavored ice cream in a waffle cone and the girl behind the counter actually said, “I can’t double scoop. It’s too hard.” I’m sorry, what? She then gave him a poor looking clump of ice cream in a cup and he kindly said, “oh sorry, I asked for a waffle cone.” And she scoffed at him!! The server had black hair with purple mixed throughout. It was disappointing to say the least.

I stop in the store for an apple to take home for later. When I got home I cut the apple and it was rotten inside. I was told when I bought the stick was loose but I was fine with that because I cut it to eat. Little did I know that a loose stickmeant old apple. I called the store and no one answered. Finally got through and was told someone would call next day NO CALL. Got in touch with another person on Saturday and was told I would get a call first thing Monday NO CALL. The worst customer service I have ever worked with.

Went in to order several milk shakes and store claimed to be out of chocolate ice cream. I think the person working really was too lazy to fix them. I stood at the counter forever waiting to be helped with no one else in the store and he went and got ice and several other things before he even acknowledged I was in the store. Needless to say we went elsewhere.

Great fudge!

The ice cream was overly sweet and contained icy crystals, as if it hadnt been kept properly frozen. The floor was very sticky and my shoes stuck with every step. I saw no signs of frequent sanitizing. The employeess much more interested in talking with each other than in serving us. Threw the ice cream away, wont be visiting again.

I asked for 1 scoop of ice cream and they served me about a half a scoop. it was freezer burnt and very dry. when i went to pay, he overcharged me $2 for a waffle cone i didn’t even ask for and didn’t care! i had to give him an extra $2 even though i didn’t ask for it, and the ice cream was very disappointing. periodt. don’t come here

Nuts were old and your 1/2 Pound was know where near the correct amount. Why do you not weigh it considering you can only buy 1/2 Pound portions. Should it not be exact? I will not return.

The fudge was amazing!! The pecan turtles were not good. One of my favorite candies but normally the caramel melts in your mouth from other candy stores. These are so chewy n sticky they stick all on your teeth.

I am editing my review. I reached out to the company and was extremely satisfied with the response. Obviously, this person that I dealt with is not the type of customer service they expect. I am changing my review to 3 stars. If you encounter unpleasant behavior at this location, I would ask to see a manager. Hopefully this will get fixed if enough people complain.Very disappointed. They bring you in with offers of free samples. After we bought $30 of fudge, my mom wanted a sample. She asked for a sample of something that you cant sample but didnt realize it. The lady was extremely rude and did not offer her to sample the fudge. Will never return. I wish I had got her name. Quincea rang us up but it was another one working with her today 7/10. The guy making the fudge seemed friendly. Also when we got home with our $30 fudge it was hard as a rock. So sad. I keep editing but after tasting the peanut butter has absolutely no peanut butter taste. It tastes like vanilla. Ick!

The ice cream was pretty standard and they was out of more than half of their selections. The peanut butter fudge is really good!!

I was quite disappointed in this place. I came in there to get an praline pecan ice cream with waffle cone and fudge. Everything was all over the place and the staff is unfriendly and rude. When started singing in the middle of serving because I guess she was annoyed with one of the customers. After waiting some time and observing two to three customers returning for cups for their waffle cones. I ended up walking out the store and not purchasing anything when I realize how chaotic everything was. The Cones were not made properly and began to drip as soon as customers walked out the store. It smells amazing in there so Im sure it would have been great but I couldnt get past the poor customer service to even order.

FYI they have live singing sessions here. Dont worry they dont charge to listen to them. The fudge and drinks are good too.

They had decent customer service. The prices were way to high for the quality of ice cream and fudge. It was not good enough for me to come back.

Convenient location at Tanger outlets, but pretty disappointing fudge coming from a place called The Fudgery.At $18/lb, I expected something better than what I would pick up at my local grocery store.We purchased 3 different flavors, and all were dry and not any better than pre made store bought fudge.

I love going in the fudgery they sing and laugh and give out examples. I love you guys.

I rarely write bad reviews but this was not a good experience. Double cone was more like half a scoop each and costs over $7 . The ice cream tasted old and seemed to have freezer burn. We were very disappointed.

Omg the fudge is amazing. Got the turtles with Carmel and it was happiness in a bite.

I stopped on the way out of town at 930 (signs say it opens at 9) however doors were locked and I didn’t see anyone inside. I left extremely frustrated and after waiting 15 minutes no one opened the doors.

OK. Ill accept paying $6 for a single dip waffle cone. When I also asked for a cup of ice water, I was informed that I would have to purchase a bottle of water. Really? (I declined.)
