First visit here. Had no real idea of what to expect and was so pleased. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable and helpful. In and out in no time and no frustration at my limited knowledge. She handled it all. Looking forward to seeing the workmen for measuring.
I stopped into their showroom last week with my mom. She is looking for new countertops & saw one she loved on their website, so we decided to go check them out! Not only were they beautiful but the girl helping us was super knowledgeable & friendly. She made our entire visit their so wonderful! My mom is so excited for them to come out & install them in a few weeks...I would highly recommend Easton Industries if you are looking for new countertops.
We are in the middle of a new build. We went to Easton to pick out marble for our shower as that is who our contractor got a quote from. The light haired lady at the counter was EXTREMELY rude and bothered by us being in there. Long story short she was rude in email correspondence as well bc she, or whoever gave the estimate, did not look at the blue prints they were supplied to give the quote and realize it is a raised beach house and that the marble is not going to levitate itself upstairs and into the master bath. Needless to say we are going to use someone, anyone, else. I know it wasnt a huge job...only $5500.I dont need the owner to reply with a comment about how they are so busy now bc things are opening back up. There was only one other couple in the showroom. A dark haired female was helping them and she seemed plenty nice. There is never an excuse for being rude and hateful to someone that has never been in your showroom before. I think the owners need to speed more time addressing the employees behavior and less time defending her actions.
Excellent customer service. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable!🙂
DO NOT USE!!! They messed up the installation that left not one but 2 seams, both off center. They did give me a partial refund which was good. Now, less than 3 years later, counters are scratched and dull and they want $125 an hour to come and fix. Would NOT recommend.
Wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable employees. Great service and great products
Lots of styles, colors, etc. Lady behind desk seemed tired, low energy and not very interested in helping me find the perfect countertop. Maybe she was sick, etc so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. Ill try to go back in a few weeks.
We went with another bath refitter after visiting Easton. We were in the store for 10 minutes without any recognition by personel. Had to ask for assistance, unfortunately, the woman we spoke to appeared to be inconvenienced. So uninterested in doing her job. She lost a $15,000 sale for Easton.
We had a tub removed and a new walk-in shower installed. Outstanding customer service and superb workmanship. Everything turned out exactly how we wanted. I recommend Easton Industries 100%.
I definitely recommend this company. Everyone was very helpful! The shower is very nice!
Great staff in helping with color and pattern decisions. Very helpful
From picking out our countertop to the installation everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Will use them again in the future.
They did a great job and would highly recommend them.
They did a beautiful job! Within two days we had a new shower! They were very courteous, cleaned up after they were finished. I would highly recommend them.
Impressive workmanship and great customer service. Costs are very reasonable.
We had Easton do our master bathroom. Everyone that we dealt with was very professional. They put down drop cloths from my front door to my master bath and they cleaned up afterwards. We are so happy with the work they did that we just made arrangements for them to do our guest bath.
Thank you for the beautiful installation of our new walk-in shower! Fromthe initial showroom help to the final installation, Easton Industries Bath Transformers delivered courteous and professional expertise fromstart to finish! Thank you again for a top-notch job. We love it!.Steve and Carol Andros
We went to Eason Industries for a master bath remodel of the jaccuzzi and shower because of their advertising and referrals from other contractors. Sure, there was a trip charge for the original meaning and estimate but it was applied to the job if we decided to do it. We started with an idea and the estimator was very helpful and took very good notes. There were some bumps that were identified before we even knew about them. So, during the final phases, the teams figured them out and explained them to us. It caused a two day delay in completion but we got exactly what we wanted. (One was a manufacturing issue with the subway tile being vertical which they re-made in two days. The other was a seat error, which did not delay the job.) Finally, they immediately sent someone out to review marks on the two floor pan molds. They cleaned them up and gave us instructions on products to use for cleaning. For a tear-out and rebuild, it was on schedule and acted out the way it was originally described. I would not hesitate to call them for the next job.
Had a great experience at Easton industriesliked the products they offeredfriendly and knowledgeable sales associate
Easton Industries did a countertop overlay in our kitchen and did a great job. They added matching backsplash that really brought everything together. The installers were neat and never left a mess. Thanks for a great job.
After we had our floors update the rest of the kitchen and dining area needed a facelift. Easton did a great job at a fraction of the price of granite and our counter tops looks great.
The experience with the office and with the actual contractors was different for us. We visited the showroom and decided to do a cultured marble shower. Picked out our materials and it was explained that we needed to pay a $25 estimate/visit fee and it would be applied to job, which we were fine with. During our face to face visit everything was fine. The problem comes in phone and email communications. The interpersonal/communication skills of the main office woman Joni, (pronounced like Joanie and dont worry if you mis- pronounce she WILL correct you,) are terrible. Joni is very standoffish as a mentioned by another reviewer acts like you are an inconvenience and her presentation of contracts etc is awful. At this point, we already had the home visit and measurements done and I just figured I dont need much more contact with her and decided to move forward. As far as the actual work, everything was great. Done as scheduled, done in two days, looks awesome and all the workers acted considerate and professional. Enter next problem...after completion of the job. We had to pay 1/2 up front to have the shower made and be put on the schedule and the other 1/2 was due at installation. At the completion of the job, I was expecting to be asked for the remaining balance which I planned on putting on a card. It never happened and I thought that odd. About a week later, I get the bill, picked up the phone and got out the card that I planned to pay with. Made the call and ended up with Joni again, who with her infinately terrible interpersonal skills told me that effective Feb 1 anyone using a credit card needed to pay an additional 4% fee. She proceeded to blame ME for not paying the balance at install!! I told her I was NOT paying an additional 4% because I never agreed to this nor was I informed beforehand about this going into effect. She did not offer to overlook it, did not offer to speak to her boss and refused to take my payment without the additional 4%. I hung up in shock. About 15 minutes later I get an email from her telling me that if my balance is not paid in full in a week that they would apply it to the card on file (the one I used for the initial down payment.) Can you imagine, having someone tell you that they will take it upon theirselves with or without authorization from you to apply a $2500 charge to your card??!! Yes, the shower was > $5000. I emailed her back and ripped her and ultimately told her to have someone OTHER THAN HER call me and I will pay. I then blocked my card. After a week, I get a call from BRAD, I fully expected an apology or at least a question or two about my satisfaction. NOTHING. I paid the balance however I would NEVER buy from them again nor would I recommend anyone else. There are plenty of other places doing the numerous types of jobs they do without an attitude and rude treatment. They are supposed to be family owned and operated but have NO concept of customer service.
Worst experience I have ever had. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She shouldnt be talking to customers.
Called for a estimate was told there was a 25 dollar fee. I was in business for 35 years and never charged for a estimate that is part of the game very unprofessional called some one else
Very helpful and informative, satisfying experience.
Great service, great job. Nice team!
