We have had 3 kitchens and just did our 3rd bathroom with the TCS. We had to push the template date several time, they are always accommodating.We really like Scott! And of course Tonia is the best!!I just sent them my friend, there is no other place I will go to have my counter top! I have two more bathroom to go😀 they also did a nice shelf to put above my washing and dryer so I don’t see the hose anymore!They are the best😀

I will always do my countertop and sink business here.Our home had a double-bowl kitchen sink, we wanted a single. They matched the old sink size exactly, to include corner radii. The installation crew was on time, courteous, professional and efficient. Their plumbing subcontractor, Palmetto Plumbing, showed up right after and completed the job.There where a few issues with how the original sink had been mounted, but these pros knew exactly how to fix it.We couldn’t be more pleased.Thank you, T-C-S.

We got new countertops on 11/13/20 from The Countertop Store. To date we have had seven chips. We noticed the first one the day after installation and they did come to fix that one. We called about the other six and they refuse to come to fix them. Kevin, the Operations Manager, has been the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. He has hung up on both my husband and I. This store is fine if no problems, but heaven help you if you have a problem! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst service I have ever seen. They sold my parents a faulty countertop that chips and refuses to fix it. Kevin was completely rude and claimed this is common. After calling the countertop manufacturer they claimed it does happen but not nearly to the extent that Kevin claimed. The owner was supposed to call but never did. I have never heard someone be so rude than what Kevin the operating manager was. He apparently doesn’t stand by his product and then will leave you high and dry when they say they will repair it.

My wife and I had our kitchen countertop replaced a few weeks ago and a short time later we found some areas with chips in the top. I called and they sent a repairman to fix the chips. Repair was fine however we found more chips recently and requested another repair. I called and expressed my concern to our sales rep Tanya. She put the operations manager Kevin on the phone who was rude from the start of the call telling me I signed a contract and that is how the countertops are. In all of my life I’ve never been spoken to by anyone so rudely. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for countertops. Kevin would not discuss a resolution to the problem in fact all he did was hang up on me. The following day my wife called and guess what Kevin hung up on her .Beware if you ever need service. Tonya told me the owner would call me so far that hasn’t happened. The manufacturer informed us to deal with Lowes and believe me I will next time.

I just love T C S ! I bought my new quartz counter top from them and so pleased. They came when they said, responded to my calls, listened to my request as too what I wanted, and did a beautiful job. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and I would hire them for any work in the future. I made several special request from them as to what extra needs I wanted, and they were able to accommodate my wishes! My kind of store and my kind of people!

Wanted to replace my 14 year old counters. Found TCS through HomeAdvisor. They came to the house, told me what was available and what they suggested and I had an excellent estimate with 2-3 days. Went to the shop to see what was actually available and chose a white quartz that sparkles in the light. A few days later, they came and did measurements and 2 weeks later did the install. Three very nice gentlemen removed the old and installed the new in about 4 hours. Plumber arrives about an hour after that to install the new faucet. Excellent from beginning to end. Couldnt be more pleased. Highly recommended.

The countertop store was fabulous, patient, and professional in assisting my mom with her countertops In 2 bathrooms. They did her countertops in the kitchen years ago. She said the gentlemen were cautious, put down protective gear on her hardwoods, and it was such a pleasure compared with all of the workers she has had in other areas who were sloppy and unprofessional. We would highly recommend them and Tonya Hepburn was a wonderful, patient salesperson. She helped facilitate all of the installs and was so patient even beforehand as we viewed various slabs and looked at them with our tile samples. They really are top notch with no seams and so cautious in the install. WE recommend the 100%. We are so happy with their work and wouldnt go anywhere else!!!

This is one FANTASTIC company. From the time we walked in to the store to time the last installer departed the house it was an amazingly successful experience. Tonya was the first person we met, she was extremely professional and so very knowledgeable, helping us decide the right material for our jobs. Started out with just the kitchen but, when we found out we could get this job dine for about 60% of what HD and Lowes prices, we had them do the Master Bath Vanity. Everyone we dealt with was Professional, Courteous, Attentive and very Skilled. The install was done yesterday and it is BEAUTIFUL! They made is so simple, they take care of everything and didnt nickle & dime you to death with all the add ons that HD and Lowes as well as another did. They even scheduled the plumbers and tile installers. All we had to do is sit back and watch. Thank you Tonya, Larissa, Kevin and Scott. You have a lot to be proud of!

The Countertop Store, Inc. has given my husband and I the best experience we could have asked for. We came in signed up for a FREE measure. They came out on time and were very helpful. When we stopped by the showroom we were met by Pam & Tonya. They are very smart about the products they sell and they are great with picking out color tones that go together. We even received samples. They came in our house for install and were amazing. These guys really take their work to heart. They have the most amazing install crew and had our kitchen completely done in 3 to 4 hrs. If you are looking for countertops these guys know everything and they prove it too.

Ive only been in Myrtle Beach a year and was looking to change the granite in my kitchen but didnt know which company to go to. My husband and I went to several granite companies and settled on The Countertop Store. The people were great to deal with. Tonya, Pam, Steve, Kevin and everyone in between could not have been more helpful and patient. Steve came out to measure and I had the estimate that day. Kevin did the template and install. Everything went smoothly and was completed in a months time. After having done several kitchens in the past this was truly a pleasure. We would recommend The Countertop Store to everyone we know and will definitely talk to them again when we do our bathrooms.

TCS tore out our old tile kitchen countertops and installed new granite. The price was competitive, entire process was easy, and the entire crew was excellent. The countertops look great and I would definitely recommend TCS.

Not impressed and we dont buy your lies! If this is how you act before you get our business, how are you going to act once we have paid you? So we had an appointment for a measure that needed to be moved and the salesman said if we couldnt keep our appointment that he was booked for a week and a half and could not come quote the job. High pressure BS is what that is. Keep your stinking granite, there are only about a million of you guys down here. How can I walk in and get an appointment for two days later and yet you are SOOOOOO busy you cant come back on another day if I need to postpone because there is sheet rock dust everywhere? Obvious liar!!! No wonder your shop and selection was so small.

They came out and measured our counter tops and said they would be calling back the next day for us to come in and pick out what we want. 3 days later, no phone call. I contacted them, i was given the run around why we havent received a phone call. We had up to $3,000 budgeted for our counter tops, I guess we will be given that to someone else...costumer service is very bad here.

This place is way over priced and has terrible customer service. I suggest finding a better place for granite.
