I have never given a 1 star review to anyone but this place deserves it as of now. My brother went into this this place(used to be boost mobile). Ordered 2 motorola gfast phones which he was told were being overnighted and to come back tomorrow. He goes in there today and is told to wait in the parking lot. Waits an hour and half they say come in the phones are ready. Charge him $270 which he thought was for 2 Motorola gfast phones looks in the bag and theyve given him 2 Lg tribute phones which are the free phones they give away for signing into a plan. When he tells them they say its the same phone as the Motorola gfast and itll be 7 days before the gfast is there after saying yesterday it was being overnighted. They say hell have to pay 20 percent each restocking fee to return the LG tributes. The girl working there was on the phone with her boyfriend the entire time. The manager then threatened calling the cops on him after flat out stealing his money. Ive never heard of such poor customer service, to try to sneak 2 inferior phones in place of 2 that youd previously ordered the day before is absurd. This place is ridiculous. I wouldnt go in here when there are so many reputable places that dont intentionally steal from you. If they make this right by us Ill change my review but Im not holding my breath.
