East Coast Fencing installed a fence on my property that damaged 2 sprinker heads of my irrigation system. When I contacted Ken about this, his response was I do Fencing, I do not do Irrigation. When I pressed the issue that it was his installation of the fencing that damaged my sprinkler heads, he once again responded with I do Fencing, I do not do Irrigation. Needless to say, he did not correct the issue. My next stop will be the Better Business Bureau. RUN dont WALK away from East Coast Fencing and Ken!

Dave and East Coast Fence gave me a superior product and excellent service. We first had stair railing installed but had to postpone installation of the fence for 3 weeks and he was accommodating and understanding. A real gentleman! His quality product far surpassed the competition. He was meticulous to make certain it was level and secure. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for my fencing.

Dave was always easy to get ahold of and dealt with me changing things up on him with very short notice. I appreciated him being so accommodating. He and his crew showed up when they said they would and worked hard till the job was done. We are very happy with the results.

The owner David is super easy to deal with. Straight forward and honest. They work with the HOA for approval, return calls, and show up when they agree to. The workmanship is 5 star. They worked until the job was complete and it only took them about 4.5 hours to complete the entire job. I strongly recommend you talk to this company before you contract with anyone else.

They asked for no up-front money, met their estimate and install appointment times (actually earlier than expected!), and did a great job. All the posts are set in cement, and they reviewed the proper tension & lock settings on our pool gate lock with me.Ken and Dave install the fences themselves. This meant a lot to me; that they do the work themselves and apply their own work experience, instead of relying on multiple crews.Finally, they called to see that I was happy with the fence. They are old-school and communicate with you, do a good job, and follow-up.

Ken and Dave put up our picket fence a couple of weeks ago. They did an absolutely fantastic job. I have received several compliments from neighbors and friends. We are so happy with the work they did as well as all the proceedings leading up to construction. Ken and his team did a FANTASTIC job installing our fence. We have had it for several months - and it even survived the strong winds of Hurricane Florence with NO issues at all!! I called East Coast like I did with other companies, the difference is David called back. He showed up for the estimate and we shook hands on a fair price. They were within a couple hundred dollars of the other estimates I got. (I got an estimate from another small company that was way lower, but too low means cut corners) Anyway David and his crew of two showed up on the install day at day break and went to work. By mid afternoon all the work was complete and the fence looks great (200’ of black chain link). Dave was knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. Before leaving for work I noticed a section of wire that looked bent up and generally not right... Giving the company the benefit of the doubt I didn’t say anything to see if they would fix a very obvious defect, when I get home it looks great! Well played guys! This fence is sure to contain my little dogs for years to come. I know who I will call next time, in avoid the hassle of calling other fence contractors.

Just had a fence installed by East Coast Fence of Myrtle Beach. They could not have been more friendly, and their work exceeded my expectations. I was very concerned about getting the gate and fence close the the ground to make sure our small dog is safe, but the ground is sloped. They custom cut the gate and made it and the rest of the fence hug the ground perfectly. I could not be happier. 5+ stars.

Let me start off by saying excellent job. I had five companies give me a quote for my house out of all five, east coast was the cheapest by $1500. They pulled up at 6:50am and started working. Didnt take a break for lunch and didnt BS around. Was finished by 11:30am. My Dogs love my fence and I dont have to worry about nosey personal.

As far as Ken goes he was very professional and we kept constant communication through the estimate to the build. They were even very friendly to my dog and two pigs that wanted to be outside with them. The next day, they were back to work putting up the new fence. They worked quickly and diligently until the job was done. They built the fence exactly how we wanted it done!We could not be more please with their friendliness, hard work, and quality job.

BUYER BEWARE...East Coast Fence Co put in our fence just over a year ago. My posts are out of alignment, they are sinking and there is no concrete securing the posts in the ground. The posts moving have caused one of our gate to swing in backwards and crack. I called Ken to take a look prior to our one year installation date and was told I would have to pay to have the posts fixed and the gate replaced. He told me that we get a lot of rain and strong winds so he was not responsible. I asked for a quote to replace the gate, and have still not gotten a response. In my experience as a small business owner, it is the professionals responsibility to know of the areas conditions and install their product to be able to withstand these conditions. Also, when Ken and his partner came out to install our fence they were arguing among themselves the entire time. Very unprofessional.I did ask for a price on replacing the broken gate and was never contacted. The fence started having issues before the hurricane arrived.As far as the arguing that went on while the fence was being installed, there is no excuse for unprofessional behavior among the owners.

I cant say enough great things about East Coast Fence. To me there is nothing better than a company in the home service industry that you can trust. ECF had great communication throughout the entire process, they did an amazing job on my fence (large aluminum fence for my yard) and they showed up exactly when they said they would and did everything in a fantastic timeframe. An absolute pleasure to work with. I recommend 100%!!!
