I am writing this review for my mom. The girl working here want above and beyond for a custom carrier bag and did an awesome job with the embroidery. 2018 UPDATE!!!! We came back again a year later, and this time we had a few hoodies done by the same friendly person who once again, did an outstanding job with the professional embroidery. She even threw in a pair of Sun glasses included with the purchase for free, a free pair of shades is always nice. This is hands down one of the best shops at Broadway at the beach. Highly recommend, it is indeed unique.

Purchased a duffel bag for my daughter that we had embroidered. What a mistake! The zipper broke and So Unique won’t exchange it because her name was embroidered! So if you pay extra for embroidery ...BEWARE!

The phone is NEVER answered! Had to wait 45 minutes for embroidery, had to pay first and forgot to pick up and now I cannot get a hold of anyone to try and have it shipped!I finally get someone from guest services to get the manager, Daria, to return my call and she was the rudest person I have ever dealt with and definitely should not be in customer service! Buyer beware of this place!Next, owner calls me and threatens me and refused to allow me to have FedEx pick up the item I already paid for at my own expense. Ive also noticed the the bad reviews never show up in the average stars received so beware of this also!

Daria was so Sweet - she helped with the design and did the embroidery work on my chef coat in less than 1 hour! Shes the Best !
