Very experienced staff in parts and service. Had a cart charger go down while on vacation and could not find one to purchase. With no way to charge my cart to get it loaded back in my toyhauler they offered to try and repair my very out of date charger. They had me up and going in no time. So thankful for their willingness to help me out. Any club car golf cart need you have should definitely be handled by Best Golf cars. Outstanding service and professionalism. Absolutely amazing service. We visited both locations and spoke with Buzz and Chris. Buzz was very friendly and knowledgeable of the golf carts and did a great job helping us to narrow down and pick out the features we wanted in a cart. After speaking to him, we went online and designed and built our dream cart, which was then sent to their President, Chris. Buzz then called us back to inform us that the exact cart we designed was at the other location already! Chris bent over backwards to make us feel like valued customers. He also worked with us on pricing and options and we felt like we got an amazing deal. He even took time out of his day to talk craft beer and football, two things very close to my heart.The entire experience was outstanding and I highly recommend Best Golf Cars for anyone seriously considering buying a golf cart! They even have something that lets you completely customize your golf cart without charging you any extra. I really am happy that they also have a service department. You dont even have to get your cart here, they come to your home and service it there. They also have a plan you can sign up for where they will come twice a year and so your golf cart service, get a much lower labor rate and a discount if you need any parts. This place really is the best yall, and its a second generation family business too which really is pretty great. The sales staff at Best Golf Cars provided us the pros and cons of electric and gas golf cars so we were able to make an informed decision which golf car best fit our needs. Best Golf Cars not only had a great selection of golf cars in stock for us to choose from but offered to custom build a golf car to our liking. we picked from existing stock the car we liked and Best Golf Cars added the options we selected and within a few days delivered to our home a great custom golf car. We are happy with our purchase.

My golf cart was in the shop two weeks ago. Problem today, stranded at the Mall. Called Steve, he reachef Kyle by cellphone and he was there in 30 minutes. Cart had to be towed. Bought a refurbished cart. Not pleased at all. Will not go back. Paid for blue tooth speaker system. One speaker wire wasnt even connected. Wiring all messed up. One front headlight keeps going out ... Bad wiring. 2 balled tires on delivery. Bought turning signals that you cant see if they are on or off because the indicator is located behind the stealing wheel. Had to have another company rewire the blue tooth and lighting wiring. The other company just shook their head at the work done. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I live 2 blocks off the beach in the north side of Myrtle Beach. My new golf cart makes it so easy to get to and from the beach. I just love the convenience.
