My mom, sister and I were in store shopping today with my 5 month old son. I had a diaper bag backpack and his stroller and I was having a hard time fitting through some of the displays already. So then when my son started fussing I just chose to head outside and left my mom inside to finish shopping. She purchased over $100 worth of merchandise and for some reason one of the employees felt like she needed to have her bags checked for stolen merchandise. It was so uncalled for and embarrassing for my mom who I can promise you had never stolen a thing in her life. My mom was so excited to shop this store we drove over 30 minutes from North Myrtle. So, we will never be back. Great customer service 👎

Management really does not know how to properly handle a situation as a manager. Customer service is the poorest I have ever seen in a store in regards to customer service refused to give corporate information for contacting district manager to properly handle situations. The only thing they like to do is escalate a situation versus trying to resolve it will never return foot back in the store nor my family. this is a shame considering the fact I have been a customer for years but Ill be more than glad to take my business elsewhere. There are too many businesses just alike to be destroying customer service especially during a pandemic.

Okay so I wrote a review about the Southern Living Store earlier but it was a review about the store in Market Commons Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Well I drove to the other store which is at Broadway at the Beach and I can tell you that’s the store to go to. The sells ladies were so helpful and friendly. If you are in the south and work for a company called Southern Living you need to have that personality and not have your nose stuck up. Market Commons will not be getting any of my business. Cheers to the ladies and manager st Broadway at the beach.

Nice place has a place my husband could sit and snack while I walked the store. Sales help was very nice without being pushy. Bought a few things at a good price 👍.

Everything is super adorable and just the quality is amazing. Prices are definitely high but if you go when they are having sales its totally worth it. Got some kitchen towels for 30% off because they where Christmas related. Definitely worth a look
