Since my wife and I went 100% remote for the pandemic, we decided to spend a few weeks on the beach this April. We have a converted promaster van and found a campsite on Myrtle Beach. What we didnt plan for was the wind that kicks up most afternoons. This made my zoom calls that I host very difficult. I had a temp space rented about 5 miles away for these calls. Driving by, I found Myrtle Beach Storage and Business Center right down the street and it was a Godsend. I was able to rent a private office for 2 weeks. The office was professionally decorated, quiet clean facilities and had high speed internet. Janett and the staff were top notch, helpful and attentive to all my needs. I was able to ride my bike to the office, get on my calls, spend a few hours in air conditioning and bike back. These two weeks were the best working 2 weeks I have experienced. I will be working with Janett and the folks at Myrtle Beach Storage for years to come. HIGHLY recommended!

Needed a short-term storage option for dorm room furnishings. Jeanette was accommodating and pleasant, and went out of her way to help me get the unit and the timeframe we needed when the online rental site was too restrictive. This business is run efficiently and professionally with attention to customer needs. Clean, friendly, and decent prices.

We were scheduled to move our belongings out on Tuesday, Sept 3. With Hurricane Dorian coming, we were glad we’d be out before it hit. On Monday afternoon, however, we received an email that the storage unit was closing on Monday. We had our truck and movers scheduled for Tuesday, and the hurricane was not due until Wednesday night or Thursday morning, so we called to see if we could get in for 2 hours first thing Tuesday morning. No exceptions. That’s bad enough, and we had to change plans and wait out the storm. Friday morning dawned sunny, and the evacuation order was lifted. We again lined up our truck and movers. But as of noon the storage unit is still closed. No way to get in touch with ANYONE but an answering service that has NO information. This is ridiculous. So sorry we stored our things there.

This is the best place at the beach for storage with the best staff around. They are always friendly and helpful! I wouldnt want to store my possessions anywhere else!

I have been renting from this company for two years. Then they decided to have a rent increase out of the blue. So essentially they can increase rent prices whenever they deem necessary. Now it’s another year later and they increased rent another 5$. I have been renting from here for two and they’ve increased the rent ten dollars so far.

If youre looking for a nice little office with storage space available, this is it.

Mold! Mildew! Moisture damage to everything in my unit due to poor construction and maintenance! Rented over 8 years and lost thousands of dollars in contents! Their insurance did not pay because Jeanette lied about moisture! Horrible storage management!!! Avoid!!!!
