Very professional and pleasant people to deal with. Tammy in particular helped us out with an error the Penske in NY goofed up on that could have been a big problem. She and the other folks there were very helpful and the best part of our otherwise very stressful move, we highly recommend them !

I would Like to say, I am very please with my experience so far with Penske truck rental. I have had one of the best customers service experiences so far on day one of renting their truck. I booked on line and and when I got to the counter in person, it was not what I wanted and my info was incorrect as well. However, Ms. Tammy help me and she was professional, understanding and very helpful. Please give her a raise and a big pat on the back as she has excellent customer service and a wonderful personality, especially for it to be a Monday afternoon :-). Thank you so far in my first truck rental experience. Also, Gary was awesome too and the other guy I think his name was Chris that help moved the truck for me.
