My 13 yr old daughter is just beginning learning the piano. It was time to step up from a keyboard to piano with pedals. From the time we walked in the store just to check pricing to the day we came back and purchased, my experience was excellent!! Linda was so kind and patient with us. And we also were able to have free delivery the same day! I would highly recommend this business.

I called asking about piano string for a craft project and despite the fact that they werent officially open, they answered the phone and said that they had a box of old string that I could come look at to see if it was what I needed. It was and she gave me the whole box for free. They cleared some space and I got more than enough for my project. Win win! I generally dont take the time to write a review of a business, but I had such a super experience with Grand Strand Piano Center that I had to make an exception. John is patient, kind, and a total straight shooter. Some places claim no games no gimmicks, John lives it. When I decided on the Roland GP 607 and would need it delivered to Asheville NC, John didnt flinch. It was a totally smooth process with John personally delivering and setting up the piano himself. If youre looking for customer service, a great value, and a guy you can trust this is the place. Also, if you are in the market for an entry level keyboard all the way up to professional grade keyboards, Grand Strand Piano has those, too. If youre in the market, this is your store!

While I cant readily afford a grand piano at this time, I always enjoy looking at the beautiful items! The pianos are so clean and positioned just right, and always catch my eye as I walk by... I cant help but go in for a looksy. I know they offer financing, and maybe someday.... :)

I wasn’t even THINKING of buying a baby grand until my piano tuner told me how great a Kawai would look in our home. Fast forward two weeks later, I had visited the store, consulted with John, and made an appointment for him to visit our home to discuss placement of my new GL 10. He is extremely knowledgeable and working with him is effortless. We got the French mahogany, and it is stunning!! Initially looked at the black, but so glad I changed my mind. I’m enjoying it immensely.
