The rudest people ever. I had two kids in guitar and one in piano. The piano teacher never shows up! Most of the time not even canceling we would show up and wait for him not to show up. Then he made my 10 year old cry because he told him that he has to start over every time because he isn’t learning anything! That’s because you never show up to teach him!!!!! No wonder he can’t learn!!!! Then the guitar teacher always starting late and ending early. I pay for that time they should get the whole time! Then he told my daughter to shut up it wasn’t her turn to talk! She is 7 years old! My 12 year old had to step in!

What a great shop! Really nice, very down to earth staff. I took my PRS S2 here, to have some work done, because I started messing with the truss rod before realizing I had no idea what I was doing and it was done within 24 hours! I also met the owner, who worked on my guitar and probably one of the nicest, down to earth, non pretentious business owners I’ve ever met. Will be bringing all my axes here from now on.

This is the only store I go to for musical gear and service. They are fair in prices and trades along with great guitar repair service. Speaking of service the customer service is top-notch. Joey does great set-ups and is very cool to talk to. My PRS never played so good! I can’t put it down.

Just absolutely terrible, they offer lessons, but half the time the teachers never show up or they yell at the students

If you have young kid the teachers do not have the patience for them or if you kids not have a little experience with the instrument they are play the teachers may be rude to your children make sure you keep track of your payments if you pay monthly because you may be double charged because the teachers call out often and the forget and charge you again often they would not get there full lessons because teachers would be late and or end the class early in very disappointed with my experience with this establishment

Really nice collection of acoustic guitars (Teton, Breadlove, Martin, and more) as well as really nice electrics. They also stock soundboard, mics, and drums. Very experienced staff can handle all kinds of repairs and setups also.

Visited from Michigan while in town. These guys were simply fantastic and friendly. I went looking specifically for a Tele, but unfortunately they didnt have any. Unlike a competitor, they told me to play anything. I wish I was in the market for an acoustic cuz the young man ALMOST had me walking out with a new Teton!!

Three months ago, this place bought a guitar off of me. I went back at the present time to sell an amplifier, and they told me that they dont buy used equipment and found this to be strikingly odd and confusing.

I purchased guitar strings. Prices were reasonable for an independent business. I noticed lots of Breedlove acoustic guitars on the wall! I will go back and check them out soon!

These guys are extremely helpful and friendly. They carry a lot of unique items. Ive seen guitar amps here that I havent been able to find elsewhere. Also, if you are a church or looking for someone to do PA system installations, they do an excellent job.

The best music shop in Myrtle Beach. Joey is one of the most knowledgeable people Ive met in live sound and technical sound concepts. If theres something he doesnt have then he wont hesitate to get it for you. Prices are marked competitive with the online stores so shop local and support your music community.

Hands down my favorite store to buy instruments, gear, get repairs, and receive solid advice and feedback. My experiences here have been better than any other store I have ever gone to. It you are considering finding a store to handle all of your musical needs, I suggest you go to Sound Systems right about now-ish!

Great local music store. Came in for a 3/4 travel acoustic to play on the beach and they had many to choose from. Also put on fresh strings, which was nice.

It was a good location, they helped me get my bass fixed immediately for my youth group worship, and they offered a more than fair price on their goods and repair. It was only $10 to get something in my bass resoldered. Highly recommend their work.

One of the tuner on my Bass guitar was broken, Went to the store at the mall The guy was so rude he told me we are not a repair store you have to go somewhere else,, So I went to the GPS and I found this one, SOUND SISTEM,, so i came with the broken tuner to this store I told the guy that I need it for the same day,, Hey said they didnt have anything like that in store He gave me a couple online spots where I can find it,, But the best part of all of this is he fixed it for me,, He said let me see what I can do, after 2 mnts he came to me saying all done youre good to go, I ask him how much was it, He didnt even charge me anything he said he had a broken tuner so he used one of the parts of that other tuner with mine, anything you need about instrument youll find it in the store they have so many options of everything, Since then the store became my favorite one,, I forgot the name of the guy he was in his 26th or 28th, Very nice people 100% recommended
