Great service very nice friendly people. I had a few documents on my phone that I needed to print. The gentleman there explained to me what to do. I emailed the documents to the printer. They emailed me a code that loaded the documents to the printer. I didnt have a credit card so they gave me a convenience card. I printed my documents went to the cashier presented the card and paid 13 cents per print. I am very satisfied with this place. Thank you.

Thursday afternoon, just before 3:00 pm and they’re closed despite office hours stating open until 8:00 pm.

The assistant manager helped me and was friendly and super efficient! It’s so rare to get good service anymore that I was surprised and pleased. I recommend them. They just got a new customer!

2 day granteed shipment now in 7th day. FedEx has had it in my delivery City for 4 of those and I still dont have it!

Very disappointed in the service I just received. I went in to get money added to my Kinkos card (I print a lot of copies for work so I get prints there as it’s cheaper than a home printer) and he said rudely “Just so you know, giving you a fair warning we DO close at 8pm” being a customer that goes there at least five times a week, I’m well aware of closing and would never be a customer to stay anywhere close to closing time, but what I was doing (making two copies) would and did take me literally three minutes. For the amount of money and business I do with them, this is not how someone should be treated. I was there for less than five minutes total. Disappointed. Take your business elsewhere.

I work in construction that deals with government projects. Needless to say, accurate delivery is extremely important. I shipped a bid submission to arrive no later that 8AM (at the low rate of $65) as the bid was due by 10AM the latest. It is now 11:47AM. The bid was not even picked up at the facility yet. After calling FedEx twice, I was told that they have no information for me and that all they can say is it hasnt been sent out for delivery yet. So we are out about the $11,000 it cost to bid this project and cannot even get an explanation as to why it was delayed. I would not use FedExs services and would strive to find a more reliable means of delivery. If you need and value accurate and on-time delivery, this is not the place for you.

Horrible service. Staff has not been trained properly. Computer locked up while sending a scan via email. I was charged $17 to scan two pages because their computer locked up. After being lied to about their ability to issue a refund, it took the guy half an hour before he asked for help. Then went to the back with the manager for 15 minutes. Then another guy came and issued refunds. Absolutely absurd. TRAIN YOUR STAFF and have more than one person in the office area. And yes I believe the computers are intentionally slow to drive up the charges.

Printed copies and turned around and faxed. Asked for help as copier wouldnt cooperate. Fast and helpful, However, charging more for long distance should be a thing of the past!! Handicap accessible and handicap parking. All parking free. Well lit, clean and courteous staff.

Very fast and efficient. So efficient I completed a transaction without ever saying a word to the employee. In fact, not once did they make eye contact. Some may find this annoying, but I appreciate the focus.

Timothy Blue stole over $15,000 from my company, Then when he got caught and i asked for refunds he gave me the biggest run arounds, when i questioned why he then gave me fed ex security phone number, when i questioned them they gave me his email, pretty much went round and round in circles for weeks between him and his boyfriends. Now he took my location off of fed ex so i cant ship or receive any boxes he feels this is the best way to keep me quiet. Hopefully someone can have him contact me as he never replies. As a park at the building at 6:00 and try to hand them a package that is already labeled and ready to go, they deny me service. They then proceed to tell me I’d have to drive an hour away. Customer service is not their main priority.

We use FedEx to print flyers almost every month. Our most recent flyer (picked up today) was all pixelated. When I complained, the guy working said “well you’re still obligated to pay for it, but I can give you 50% off the next order.” His attitude was just not professional. We will not be using them for our printing needs any longer.

Why are the computers and internet service so slow? Oh yeah. Because Im paying by the minute. My Pentium was faster than this.

Horrible customer service. Stood patiently while Meagan helped another customer. She refused to help us by ignoring we were waiting and proceeded to help a customer that walked in after she helped the others. We were not even greeted nor asked if we needed assistance. Will NOT use them again.

Horrible place. They try and sell you boxes to ship your item and refuse to ship it without their box. He tried charging me 14.00 to box it for me. I Said no thank you. I came back with it boxed in a corrugated shipping box I bought at Target and he still said no. Dont come here! They try and rip you off.

(Part 1) Disclaimer: I know this is long but everyone needs to see thisIts time people know about the bad service at this location. I have seen these good reviews posted but my experience I believe surpasses/overrides them. Sorry, I know thats a very bold thing to say. I have 2 quick stories, one that happened a few months ago, and the one that happened a few minutes ago which is why Im revealing everything that has happened to me.Months ago I went to get a broacher done on a regular paper that is usually $1.50. Im a graphic designer and very familiar with these prices. I was shocked when the cashier told me $15.00. I asked what would this be for? He responded Its the standard for the paper on a glossy print. While he went to the back of the store to print my broacher I asked his manager quietly what the cost was, she replied $1.50 With NO idea what we were talking about(since he was at the back), but constantly watching me speaking with his manager, after he was done printing he came back to me and changed the price from $15.00 to $1.50 without saying a word.(the implication Im trying to give is that he was pocketing money. They charge $25 dollars to do any work in a program so his price didnt even match this.....regardless of this fact he did not do this service for me anyway)A week later I sent my boyfriend in to print 33 pictures on glossy paper, on a regular 8.5x11. My boyfriend called me and told me I didnt have enough money. I told him that $80 dollars was more than enough money and that I had actually given him too much. I explained to him the glossy paper was $1.50, I had been there quite a few times. He revealed to me that the man was telling him the job would be $150 dollars. I told him to leave immediately and I would be speaking with their manager. Long story short the manager and I, face to face and with a calculator in MY hand, combined every possible paper on their most expensive machine to try and equal this $150.00 dollar quote my boyfriend was given, and we could not match anything close to this price. The most expensive combination possible came out to a $115.00 charge, and once again, to make this quote possible we added tons of services I never asked for. I expressed my distress and how I had come to the store face to face to get an answer to this fairy tale pricing, and the fact that the manager couldnt even come up with any combination of services and printing to equal that quote was distressing to say the least. (probably pocketing money if they cant charge something on the computer)

This fed ex location are pure scam artists. Ive tried to ship packages numerous times from this location and consistently the management wants to rebox the packaging i provided. Today i tried to ship a audio power amplifier that weighed 36.2 lbs. I had the original Box and materials plus i added bubble wrap to the inside of box for additional cushion. I then put a cardboard shell around the box to protect it further. They wanted to inspect the package after i told them what the contents was. Then i was informed I would need to purchase another box, instead of them using my packaging again. They have tried to do this numerous times in the past. Im fed up with these idiot people. This is the fouth or fifth time this has happened. I never have a problem with UPS OR USPS ONLY THESE NIMRODS. Great job Fed ex Scamming Schmucks. You have one pissed off customer for life.

Waited 40 minutes for 16 lousy prints, and was charged outrageous amount of 28 dollars!!!! For 16 7*4 inch signs, and it wasnt even cut straight. Absolutely ridiculous

Waited 10 minutes for some one to help me . I ask one of the ladies to help me . I had a question about the computer she told me she couldn’t help me she was helping somebody . She didn’t even ask what I needed help with . She went and told the other employer I needed help . He sat there act like he was busy and didn’t see me. Not to mention two other customers come in the store. Meanwhile he went straight to helping them. Bad Customer Service !!!!!

Avoid. Theyre no help whatsoever if you have a lost package. Theyll just refer you to the 800 number which is overseas and cant help in any way whatsoever either.
