Woman that waited on me, blondish hair and a tattoo of an anchor on her right inner forearm had no, zero, nada personality and never made eye contact. Not good for a customer service representative.
Had a horrible experience here on 4/6/21. Had packages delivered because I was in town on vacation. Tracking stated packages were delivered 4/5/21 but male employee stated he had no packages for me, all the while female employee can hear our conversations and said nothing. I happen to be in the store while ups truck made a delivery for the day and the female employee was about to REFUSE/RETURN TO SENDER a package that belonged to me. It turns out she had refused the packages the day before saying she didnt know who I was/not a customer in the store mail box. I called on friday 4/2/21, spoke to a female employee and explained Im from out of town picking up a package but since the package was not there yet, nothing was discussed further. She also charged me $5 for the package I picked up. If these are rightful actions by this store employee, none of these are mentioned at ups.com. Meanwhile I lost the merchandise I bought, cant reorder or are now out of stock. I am definitely writing the corporate office about this experience.
Been going to this location about a year now. Went today and they wanted $5 to print one piece of paper from an email with an attachment. Yes 1 piece of paper. Also found out that they charge a premium to ship UPS. If you need anything shipped, call UPS direct and they will pick it up at you home cheaper than THE UPS STORE. Employees are very short with answers. The guy there is a jerk. They can kiss my old white butt.
I am in this store weekly for various shipping needs, and Carmen and Jerry are top notch!!!! They are professional but more important friendly! I am impressed at how well they handle a busy lobby of people! Awesome place!
CAUTION: I set this up as a collection point for a purchase with a major retailer. Shipping was a part of my order but these folks tried to charge me a $5 fee for giving me my package. They told me I should have also called them to strange the delivery.
I had a great experience at this store after dropping off some Amazon returns. Carmen was very polite and professional. She provided some bubble wrap and saved me from having to pay extra. I really appreciate when employees go above and beyond. I will recommend this store to family and friends.
I spent quite a few years with UPS and am not only very protective of their services, but I find myself being a little critical at times in making sure the services that are provided to the customer/public follow the high standards that UPS sets and expects.That being said, I am not sure you will find a better UPS Store anywhere. In my personal and professional opinion, this is as close to perfect as you can get.The store is extremely clean and organized. The staff and the owner are absolutely awesome, as they are all very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and professional.The location is perfect and easy to get to as well. Thought I would share this positive feedback with everyone, especially since I certainly do not ever hesitate to let someone know when things are less than what I expect.

Great service and staff! Each time I go into this location, it is brief, but the service is great each time. It is literally the quickest Ive ever been in and out of somewhere. The staff is very friendly and professional. It amazes me each time how quick they move. Thank you!
Cheerful service every time I visit - thank you! After reading many of these reviews, I suggest the following to thrifty customers: For the lowest costs, use your personal UPS account on your computer at home and print your own UPS shipping label. Package and seal the box at home. Then drop it off at the UPS Store at no extra charge. The truck picks up for UPS Ground shipments at 5:00pm Mon-Fri. It does not pick up on Saturday - that would get picked up on the following Monday.
Outstanding experience with this store. Wonderful staff helped me with a shipping issue at the last minute. Very knowledgeable and gave me several shipping options and took the time to explain my options. I decided to open a mailbox with this store for my business after I relocated here from New Jersey and I love stopping by to get my mail here instead of having to go to the US Post Office. No lines here and happy employees. Convenient location also.

I had to drop off a package to be picked up that same day and I was in and out within a minute. The lady at the desk greeted me with a good morning as soon as I opened the door and was super pleasant! I had seen the reviews from others and was a bit nervous about going to this UPS store but very glad I did! Very happy with this store and staff!
I have been using this UPS store location for multiple services since they opened....The staff and owner have always been very courteous, and go above and beyond to assist me in any way necessary....after moving a year ago, I opened a PO Box at this location as well, and Im in and out of there every other day....Not only is this a very professionally run business, the staff treats me like family....Its not just about the services they offer, but they genuinely care about their customers....I highly recommend them, and if you ever do have a problem arise, ask to speak with the store manager or owner, and they will do their very best to resolve any matter at hand.Grateful for you services,BB Ingram
I waited to write this review because I had read a couple of bad reviews before trying this stores services. I first went in and met a nice lady by the name of Sherry. She was very busy and handled everyone with the same polite care that she gave me. I thought, this was certainly a good experience. Maybe those complaints were from people just having a bad day?I didnt write the review yet. After three more visits to the store (all great experiences) I met Greg the owner. He was as nice as anyone else I had dealt with from the store in the past. Sometimes I dont think people actually put enough thought into reviews that they haphazardly post about businesses. They can really do harm to businesses, when in all truthfulness the people who take care of them are doing the best they can within the rules that they have to follow to be successful.The lesson Ive learned is to take reviews with a grain of salt. While Im sure some bad reviews are legit, I believe just as many are just looking for problems rather than sharing more support and comfort with those who are sincerely trying to please them.These guys have done a great job for me and Im sure after meeting a lot of them that youll have the same experience. The first and only time I went to this location I asked if they could print a form from a pdf that was emailed to me which I then had to fax. The person behind the counter who was either the manager or owner abruptly said we dont do that, which I know for a fact, the other store on 38th does. I was surprised because the other store will gladly do it. Needless to say I have never been back to this store. Very bad attitude.
I visited this place for scanning and overnighting services. The lady that tried to assist me was very nice and courteous. She explained the fees I would be charged to scan a file. They were $1.99 per page. I made the statement thats insane. We should open a UPS store. I was going to proceed with my transaction however. The owner was there and proceed to tell me, he was the owner and he wasnt running a charity. He had bills to pay, all the while talking on the phone. Needless to say...I left, without completing my transaction. I have never been treated more rudely by a business owner.

They wouldnt let me use my account for i had to pay 37 dollars. The whole staffs were rude and i got no help. Very rude and unprofessional store manager was no help. I RECOMMEND NOBODY TO COME HERE EVER!!!!
Absolutely overpriced boxes, ship out from the post office or other shipping store, buy boxes from Home Depot or Lowe’s. I just spent $50 on three small boxes, this does not even include the price to ship.
I went to this store to print a single page form and to get information about receiving a fax. While the clerk was very helpful, to print a single page I was charged $3 and told that to fax it would cost $1.95 for the service and $1 per page (so $2.95 to fax my one page). While I thought that was expensive, I needed the form printed. Later, when I had the form completed I was at a different UPS location and faxed it from there. They charged $1.89. Much different than what the other location told me. When I heard that I enquired as to what it would cost to print out something from a disc. They told me they probably wouldnt even charge me for a single page. I feel like this location overcharges for simple services. Find another location.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I spent about an hour at the store because I needed to use the wifi service. They set me up with a desk and made sure I had wifi access. They were so welcoming, so friendly, so helpful. I truly appreciated the hospitality that I received. They asked me to stay as long as I needed since it was pouring rain outside, they gave me directions to my next stop, and were great company while I worked. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!

UPS could not Locate the package for my Mom the 1st time . had to get a refund and re -order. Just to NOT have the package delivered again. ...when my mom went in with her I.D. to retrieve what i sent her. .. The women who helped her was extremely rude! harassed my mom for 20 minutes. then proceeded to ask her who it was from and what was in the package. WHICH IS NONE OF ANYONES BUSINESS!Please train your employees in customer service relations!Very disappointed in the levels of RUDE behavior my mother had been subjected to!
I was only in there briefly, but the staff were very nice and easy to work with.
Very rude staff which is not willing to help!Staff will not assist with heavy or bulky item, they will just watch how you struggle to put it on their wights!In case you lack even a small piece of adhesive tape on your package, you would have to purchase the whole tape as they would not even think of helping as a courtesy.What a horrible service, this place is not even worth a star!!!

Notary at this store lied, rude and didn’t have time for me, Notary stated he could not be a witness and notarize. Unfortunately he does not understand his duty according to the Title 26 Ch 1 s.c. code of laws for notaries. I did have time apparently you did not. I also made it clear my document was a will (that I wrote) that needed two witnesses and asked if the notary could be one.
Terrible customer service.. i went there and the owner of that ups store was working and he is the most unprofessional and rude person. Dont go to that location!
While on vacation shipped some purchases (all clothing) home in a single box to avoid having to take them on the plane. 18x18x18 box was $13, shipping was $50 for the cheapest (slowest) service. Asked if i could use their tape; no, had to purchase a whole roll for one single box, $6 a roll.
