I called the store about 2 weeks ago from Nebraska and needed help with a multitude of items. I spoke with Aaron on the phone and then when I came down had the pleasure of dealing with him. He was more than knowledgeable and one of the nicest retail employees I’ve ever dealt with. Have a life long customer because of him and how the store reminds me of a family run business. Great job!

I visit this store a few times a year when on vacation. Great deals on gloves and clothing for the ballplayer in your family! I recently had a great experience with ordering an engraved bat (make great gifts) over the phone. Jim gave me some good advice to improve upon my original request and the bat turned out great! I went to your store today early afternoon with my son to purchase a batting helmet. We were the only customers and not only were we not greeted by your two employees, we were completely ignored. One was on his phone texting and the other was watching TV. I even passed by both of them and I was still ignored..Worst customer service I have ever experienced..You dont deserve a star but that was the only way I could post..

Spoke with Josh & Jim at Myrtle Beach location over the telephone. I called them from the Midwest, in efforts to locate, and purchase, a new infielders mitt for my shortstop playing high school player. Both men were very knowledgeable about baseball, and the mitts Rawlings offerred for the different positions on the field. The were both very exacting about their inventory, about sizes, colors, and model numbers, for the different mitts Rawlings offerred for both the baseball newcomer to professional, which was extensive. Both men have years of experience, and I could not ask a question they did not have an answer for. After answering his questions, which continually eliminated one mitt after another in his vast store inventory, Jim found the one mitt on his shelf that I was ultimately looking for - the mitt of my sons dreams. Thanks You Guys - It Was A Real Pleasure Doing Business With You. Plus the savings was tremendous.
