Steve and his team are amazing. He was able to squeeze me in recently to fix our AC in 100+ degree weather. Also, our front end started shaking badly when accelerating. I would have believed him if he told me I needed a new transmission. I was relieved to hear it was just a tire out of alignment. After some new tires and a great deal on an alignment, our family is riding smooth again. Thanks to Steve and his team for the fast and honest service.

The friendliest and best value I could find anywhere in the valley. I was quoting a a winter to summer tire swap and got a huge variety of prices. Point S in nampa was the best price, easiest to work with and did the work in 30 mins. Highly recommend.

Ive been a client at S Point (Bruneel Tire) for probably 5 years now. Theyre always ready to help and diagnosis problems. They dont take jobs out of their expertise, and are honest about this. Always a referral though. They are not cut rate retailers! Prices have always been fair, a touch higher than others. But, a safe car is worth saving a few dollars. I personally have not yet had the opportunity to be a customer, so this review may seem a bit odd at first. I have been into the shop a few times with a friend for various reasons with his vehicle, however, and the level of customer service the employees provide is excellent. It shows that customer service is important to the company and it is taught to the people they allow to represent the company. If/when I have need of repairs to my vehicle, I will take my vehicle there based on the experience I saw someone else have as a customer.

Steve and Matt are the best! This store has our whole familys business including grandparents. My husband, Louie, went there a couple of years ago and because of how he was treated we started the whole family going there. They are kind and friendly and make you feel important every time. They are quick but careful and thorough and always explain any questions you have and try to help you with costs. They work hard to fit us in if we need help even if they are busy. They definitely know how to make a customer feel like a friend or family.

Phenomenal service . I had visited discount tire, Walmart, and my Toyota dealership to diagnose and solve a problem I had within my tires. None had been successful. Took my car here about a month ago for an alignment that took 3 hours. Had to take it back again a few days later because it didnt work and my steering went back to being crooked. Then come to find out my tires are at 50% on the inside because of alignment wear. I just got new tires about a month ago because of alignment wear before I went to these guys. They did not fix the alignment problem. Dont go here for an alignment.

Im so impressed with the customer service level of Jose Hernandez. Hes above the norm. Impeccable in his job. My standards are very high and he meets all my expectations and more. I will use this location for all my needs as long as he is there.

Every time I come to Point S Bruneel, I get treated very honestly, and if they cant help me I know theyll point me in the right direction. Today I came in hopeful to get Tire Tire credit... But that didnt happen unfortunately. They still took the time to check my tires tell me when they need to be replaced and change my oil on top of inviting me to come back andand replace my tires when theres a better time for my budget. I appreciate no pressure and I also appreciate that type of customer service! Great place I fully recommend exclamation!

I went in for two brand new tires and one of the employees told me that I now had three good and roadworthy tires. I asked them if I bought one more tire, if my tires would do okay on a long road trip. They told me yes. I went in to get another tire so I should have had all great tires. Not even 65 miles from home, the tire they said was good, blew at 80mph and my car rolled. I dont recommend this place. I practically put my life in their hands when I asked if that tire would get me to my destination and it didnt. Now I lost a good vehicle because they couldnt do their job properly.

Ive been taking my vehicles to the Bruneel tire in Nampa on the boulevard for many years. Steve and the crew are always honest and communicate very well with their customers. The Nampa boulevard location is one of the originals before the Point S name. This location still allows you make an appointment unlike the newer locations, where it is only first come first served. Me, being a planning type of person, depends on making appointments to know my vehicle will be worked at a set time. I dont like the gamble of driving all the over just to find out theres a 3 hour wait time for a simple oil change. I highly recommend this Bruneel location for honest and friendly service.

I have been going here for years. Everything from oil changes, tires, alignments, and more. I have always been very satisfied with their customer service and have always been charged fairly.

I bought my tires there before for a good price, the front desk person very nice and helpful quickly took care of the flat I got, and in no time I was out. Clean restroom with a convenient changing table to take care of my lil one, thanks for everything!

The .worker that .greeted us was great nice friendly. Said it would only take hour .or hour and a half. We are now 2 1/2 hours into this visit and still dont have my truck.

I love this place they really do have a great team I literally drive all the way across town because I love their customer service so much. The manager Steve is awesome and so is his team I always get my oil changed here and my tires switched.

Busted a sidewall on my way to the airport so I was in a hurry. They ordered in the same tire and slapped it on pronto for me. No biggie took care of me like family. Would highly recommend.

I took my pickup in here for an alignment last week. After it was on the rack they called me in to tell me they could only do the alignment if I replaced the tie rods ($500 quote). I took the pickup to Les Schwab today and they did the alignment without any problems.I understand wanting to upsell, but dont say job A cant be done without first doing job B, if it isnt true. They still get two stars because the staff was friendly.
