I was in a big hurry to get it as I needed it for my job, and he accommodated my rush for no additional charge. Jeff (one of the owners) was beyond patient and kind in helping me get it all set up remotely once I got home. He walked me through the process and accommodated my need for a late night after hours appointment. Not only do these guys have thorough knowledge from A-Z, but they are NICE and you can sense they love their work, which makes the whole experience as a customer, so pleasant. They are AWESOME!

Slow Apple computer? Take it here. After years of “Genius” Bar frustration Computuners fixed my iMac in 2 days. It wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for, and buying a new iMac would have been 4x the cost. Runs faster than ever. Back up everything on an external hard drive 1st.

What an amazing experience. We had been having so many wifi issues for so long... Scott came to our house and within no time the wifi was working in parts of the house where it hadnt been working at all. Computuners is a rare commodity in this small business world. Professional, courteous, smart, accurate and fast! I had worrisome questions about my late-model Mac Mini and The Apple Store “Geniuses” couldn’t help me. They kept me waiting for 35 minutes listening to bad musax and eventually told me I was out of luck. My first call to Computuners solved my problem in less than 4 minutes! We have an all in one HP desktop which I had some issues with. In trying to fix the issues myself the machine would not boot. This happened on Thanksgiving. I left a message for Computuners. They called me on Friday morning and I took my machine in to them at 11:00 am. By 3 pm they calledme to advise that the computer was up and running. No charge. Their service was fantastic. I offered to pay for their time but they said it wasnt necessary as it was part of their no cost diagnostic service. Hats off to Will who was so nice. Everyone should use these guys.

Computuners fixed my computer about a year ago. I did not want to buy a new one, and they saved me from having to do so. They did such a thorough job! The computer STILL works perfectly. I have never had a problem with the computer until this evening. A pop up locked my computer and said my IP address was being used to steal my personal information. Of course I believed it was a scam. I turned the computer off, and then back on again, and all seemed fine. However, I called Computuners since I knew I had remote technical support. I left a message, and they got back to me within the hour. Jeff remotely updated add blockers and checked the system. He suggested an extra layer of security I could purchase from their website for about $29 a year. That is so much cheaper than Norton. I am definitely going to do that. Jeff was extremely professional and quickly fixed the problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Computuners. It is so refreshing that a company truly cares about customer service. Thank you Computuners!!!

My hard drive died and I was so upset that I had lost all my years of pictures but I went to them and they were able to retrieve everything and transferred everything to new equipment. I went to the store because my HP laptop wouldnt turn on. The sign on the door says I had to make an appointment. To my surprise there were actual REAL EMPLOYEES inside the store. A young man named Zachary came out to talk to me. He offered to take a look at the computer right on the spot. He disinfected my computer and brought me into the store. The laptop ended up turning on, of course. I asked him how much I owed him and he said NO CHARGE! He educated me on their products and I now plan on upgrading my system. It is so refreshing that there is a business in town with such incredible service. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

I just got off the phone with Jeff from Computuners, and the fact that he called so late, on a Saturday night, shows what kind of dedication this company has. The camera on my MacBook Air stopped working one morning, and when I brought it in to Apple, they wanted to charge me over $400 to see what the issue was and to get it fixed.I decided to bring it to Computuners instead, and not only did they offer a completely free diagnosis to discern the problem, they noticed it was just slightly disconnected and reconnected it free of charge. This company is FANTASTIC. I live in Florida and yes it is based in New York but that is no problem. Whenever I have an issue, I just call and they can remote in and fix whatever is wrong.
