Worst Staples location ever! Staff were very rude, I arrived a few minutes before closing, one of the employees used the copy machine and insisted they were closed even though they werent yet. I only had one document to print but he used the printer and wouldnt let me print my document. I came all the way from NJ and wasted my time. The manager (I think it was) was very nasty. I will never step my foot there again!

People who work in the computer section do not know what they are doing. I brought my textbook to be spiraled and they dropped it 400 pages out of order. Had to wait for them to print me a new one then they couldn’t even figure out how to bind the book and told me the book was to big, which it isn’t because they just did not want to do there job. After waiting for over an hour I told them to just give me the spiral because they clearly did not want to help me and I did it in 10 minutes. I am always very nice and respectful to people who work in customer service stores but the lack of respect and unprofessionalism that was shown towards me was not appreciated. I usually never leave reviews especially bad ones but the dissatisfaction I received after leaving this store made me.
After 2 bad experiences with the staff here, that I can’t even waste my breath on anymore, I refuse to continue to return here. The children that work at this store are ridiculous, since you all lack customer service, and professionalism, I hope this location shuts down soon since you feel you don’t need a job.
Website says they close at 9:00 I went in at 8:38 yesterday and the lady at the register said the registers were down; that’s fine I’ll come back tomorrow. I came back and walk in and she said the same thing. That the registers broke and they can’t ring anyone out. I just watched her ring someone out as I walked in. I understand people coming in late is annoying but I work till 8:30. she acknowledged that they close at 9 so it’s not like they close at 8:30 and I’m late. She said they close at 9, the website says so. And the door. Rude and disappointing. I’ll go somewhere else. I’ve seen a lot more reviews saying staff was rude and made people feel like a bother, upper management should really look in to these people.
There was this young girl she was an electric power house she was talking care of four people included me at the same time her name is DENA, she was great,and this guy that just came in with an American flag for a mask, asked me how could he help,, great fella perfect place to be.
Posted store hours for Memorial Day was 9-6. I drove 20 minutes to the store and arrived at 9:30. Doors were locked..
Checkout staff Very rude! I had just purchased an expensive laser printer here and when the manager had to hit a few extra buttons during my checkout because of a request I had made they acted as though what I was asking them was a hassle. I dont know what has happened to simple customer service in this country.Second note, price tags on most of what they have in printers/electronics are either missing or out of date. Item on display is possibly not even in stock when talking about many items.

I’m a fan of Staples and today’s experience is why. Along with a boatload of copies I had to make I asked one of the employees (Dena) to help with my project. She was extremely helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely return for more!
I never thought that ink will cost you a fortune. Really more than the printer. But what can I tell you, staples is the local place where you can get ink within 30 minutes an not wait for next day delivery.
This is the worse place to go for printing .the workers have already made me lost so much money because of the waste of time. They have zero knowledge of printing for business. Staples did a horrible job hiring.

I had a very disappointing experience when I recently purchased a printer.I was told that Staples covers replacement for years.I was led to believe that this was a free service thet Staples was offering.When I looked at my bill later on, I noticed a charge 0f 49.99 for an extended contract which did not authorize.I was not told there would be a charge of that I had to pay for service.Had I known would never have agreed to it.It was a deceitful and devious practice. When I asked the Assistant GM Gary about later.He defended it by saying the salesman would not be good salesman if he was upfront with the additional charge.Bottom line caveat emptor . This is not a store that you want to frequent. I
I left architectural drawings to be scanned onto USB. After stopping by three times over the course of five days (because each time they said to come back the next day), I was told it was done! When I got back to my computer to check the USB - there was nothing scanned. I should have just gone to FedEx/Kinkos because thats what I will have to do now.
Rarely has what you came for. Some employees give the impression that youre bothering them when asking a question. Theyd rather say we dont have so you stop bothering.The few times I go there (I try to avoid based on my experience), I mostly come out empty handed
I have shopped at this Staples for many years and have found the staff/management very helpful and knowledgeable. The management particularly are always ready to make the shopping experience as pleasant a possible. Wide selection of items at competitive prices. I also appreciate their recycling policies.
They have everything, and they have good quality of products, but they just must do something about their customers service.I purchased ink from them and waited half an hour just for someone to come and replace the old package. The last visit really made me wonder if it wont be better for me to do all my paper and office purchases online, and have them delivered to me.
Good location with a nice inventory of items. The print shop does a decent job; you just need to stay on them for the quality level that you want. Management is a bit salty and inflexible at times but you can work with them if you are patient.

Pros: many products.Cons: copy machines suck. The ones at FedEx work better usually, for example. Also bad customer service. The employees seem to be very busy and dont have time to help customers.
Online says they open at 10 people been waiting outside for over 30 mins, no one picks up the phone either...
If you know exactly what you need its fine. But if you need help with product I suggest going elsewhere. Not sure if its because they are shortstaffed or what but the customer service is terrible
The shelves didnt seem stocked well on many items. No sales people on the floor I saw to answer questions.

Horrible customer service. I dread going to this location because the employees are despicable, disgusting, unpleasant, and unprofessional. Pretty sure that no one in this store has actually been trained on how to interact with customers. It’s truly shameful to see individuals that have no regard for the company they work for. Truly deplorable.

I ordered 1 hour pickup online for a chair they had in stock, I went to the store 2 hours after I ordered and still my item wasn’t ready, I sat in the store for another hour and still it wasn’t ready, I was sitting right next to what I ordered, I asked what I could do because I had to pick it up today, and I got stared at like I was crazy and told the only thing I could do was wait for the email. The only reason I did online was cuz there was a 70 dollar off sale online only. I’m not sure how you can take 4 hours to do a 1 hour pickup purchase and not answer if there is anyone working on it or at least help me find out if it’s being processed by someone.
Love Staples. Even though there is often a wait their copy and print services are great!

The Nanuet Staples must be the Worst locations on the east coast. Very poorly managed and Always short on staff. I went there to get 4, only 4, laminated sheets. The girl in the copy center was overwhelmed. I was the first one there. By the time I left 25 minutes later, she and one other girl who left, helped the 2 people who came in after me. She thought I wanted the cheaper lamination which was $2 instead of asking me if I wanted the expensive laminating which was $2.38. So 25 minutes later she hands me a large roll of laminated plastic which encased all 4 laminated items. She threw it in front of me and Told me that I have to cut the sheets out, like I work at Staples. I called for the manager, Ramadan, who was just as condensating as the girl in the copy center. They both got an attitude as if it was my fault that the $2 lamination would take 25 minutes vs the $2.38 which took 5 minutes when I had it done there the last time. A word of advice Staples. You should take care of your first costomer FIRST!. You should ask them which item they prefer, and the manager should ACT like a manager and fix the problem. Do Not gives excuses and certainly dont become ignorant with the customer. I will file a complaint with the regional manager. They may not know the Nanuet Staples is undermanned and have VERY POOR managers there. Ramadan, the manager should not manage a TACO STAND! I wish I could rate this NEGATIVE 100 stars. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
