The whole experience was effortless ! The system this business has in place is exceptional. The receptionist has access to see the entire process of repair what’s been done and we’re the vehicle is in repair stage everyone is on the same page . Very professional, and Brent is great very funny !!! And really put me at ease knowing how stressful being in an accident and everything that goes along with it I would give them 10 stars if I could! Anything to do with cars makes me nervous. I saw Blackhawk was near my house. we had just moved to Napa. They were also AAA approved. So I brought my banged up Mini to them, worried that I made the right choice. Everyone from Brent to Soichi and the others made me feel so relaxed. like they had this problem for me and would make it go away. they even arranged for my car rental and had them pick me up. When the car was ready (which took only a few days), I saw my car like it was brand new, inside and out. So I didnt need to worry. Just take it to Blackhawk and I always will. And Ill tell all my friends too. Just dont get in a handshake challenge with Brent. He has a grip of iron. Thanks, Blackhawk.

Brent gave me an estimate to remove any evidence of discoloration on my front fender.......for my brand new Shelby. While other shops wanted to replace this same fender at a cost of thousands of dollars, Brent suggested a repair that was equally effective. Total cost of 100 dollars. Courteous, accommodating and honest, this body shop works to benefit the customer. I highly recommend!

Had a motorcycle accident yesterday and my bike was towed to Black Hawk. Shout out to Marty who made sure my bike was safe while in storage and most especially for going the extra distance to load and show me how to tie down the bike on my trailer. Really appreciated his courtesy and attention!! Great job!!

So my son was pulled over late Friday afternoon the police dept had Blackhawk towing tow the car, we came to retrieve the vehicle on tues am would of loved to get it on Monday but it was Martin Luther King day . So Apparently this is four days it was 590.00. I think that’s robbery. I would not recommend this company as the owner Brent was very rude

Good company. I had major damage (borderlinetotal) . Like any job of this magnitude there were a couple issues that were taken care of. They have a great towing service and went into the boonies to get me.They do average work.

Having my repairs done at Black Hawk was the best decision ever! Brent and his team did an amazing job getting the repairs done in a timely manner, and Nicole and Esperanza were friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend Brent and the Black Hawk team to anybody that asked!

Had my vehicle towed on a Friday night at 6:00p went to pick it up Monday at 2:30p this was 68.5h later they charged me for a lien hold even though California law states you can’t be charged for a lien until the car has been impounded for 72h. They informed me that I could talk to the owner when he returned for lunch I waited till 3:00. And had to return to work. I’ve called repeatedly and been told he wasn’t in. The lead tow truck drive was rude and seemed to have a need to prove that he was in charge of the situation. If the owner could get ahold of me to resolve this situation. I drive the 2016 Ford Escape. I highly doubt that will happen though.Update: did receive a $70 check in the mail for the lien cost will update score would be willing to change to a 4/5 star if the lead driver would apologize to me. The first driver that towed my car was a nice dude and made me feel comfortable that my car was in good hands but when I picked it up the guy claiming to be there lead driver was a complete as*****.

Had great service from blackhawk towing after struggling to move my car due to my steering wheel being locked Marty was very extremely helpful in the process
