They handled everything with both the insurance company and the rental care company. This part of the process was seamless and took a load off my mind.They even fixed a couple minor issues unrelated to the accident at no charge. They will always have my business and my recommendation!

I had a great experience with Lito Auto Body. They were able to take my car in months sooner than other shops in the area. When I dropped my car off, they had Enterprise pick me up for the rental. Carrie at the front desk kept me informed throughout the entire process of what was going on with my car and when it would be ready. They replaced a bumper on my car and it looked like it was brand new again!

First I have to schedule a time to see them to look at a small dent in my car. thats is fine for me. what is not fine is make me go there and after Im there come to me and say they can not fix my car because is from 2002. what???? they asked me over the phone the model of the car, why dont they told me that by them??? and seriously? can not fix a small dent in a 2002 ford????? because the sistem doesnt read???? awful service, in all senses. I if could id give 0.

My 330I BMW got hit by a Motor Home on a parking Lot while I was shopping.(Hit and run )So you can imagine the damage. Im from Southern California and have a body shop already I used for my cars minor scratches since Im very very extremely picky. Long story short tow truck guy from AAA in Napa recommended me Litos auto repair shop and I Loved their work they matched the paint exactly to how it was looked as if nothing happened to it. So I do highly recommend! Dont think it twice. They did an awesome job.
