Every aspect of my experience with Caliber was awesome. Andrew and the team took care of me. Process was thoroughly explained. Car looked much better then when I left it. Car was super clean we I picked it up. Courtesy and professionalism. When I said I needed to take my rental car back to the rental company and get a ride from them Caliber said just bring your rental to us. We will call and they will come get it. Caliber Collision & Justin specifically did a great job repairing our Mazda 3 damage recently.We lost a front right panel w some other damage around the area and Caliber repaired relatively quickly. Justin was excellent at explaining the process of getting the correct parts in assembling,testing, paint matching etc. so we had a good idea of what was going on & when we could expect our car back. The communication was key and they called when they said the would and Justin came in on his day off to get us our car back over the weekend. The paint match is spot on & we look to be as good as new. Very efficient operation.Highly recommend Caliber for all around top notch service.

All I have to say is Justin Chandler was amazing to work with. He took the time to see what I needed and was very professional. He let me know how long it would take and that he would handle it for me so I didn’t have to worry. It’s good to know that there are still great workers in this world who care about what they do. Justin just made me a customer for life.

She’s chasing away the potential clients with her attitude, nothing to do with the customer service. We needed to have body work and other repairs made to our vehicle after an accident which was not our fault. Caliber Collision in Napa is very competent, professional, thorough, informing us of the process and producing excellent results. This is the place! ..... to have your car repaired if you are in the unfortunate position of needing body work and mechanical work done after an accident. They are friendly, considerate and very competent.

Prior to my recent experience with Caliber Collision, I was very upset with the work done to my vehicle and the customer service I was provided. One day after writing a poor review, I was contacted by the general manager of the shop, Kellie. She was very adamant that she wanted to make things right with me and the repairs my vehicle received. After working closely with Kellie, all of my concerns were addressed and my vehicle meets my standards again. I think when anyone has to deal with repairing their vehicle, it is an exhausting and stressful time. For some reason, getting into an accident isnt enough because just the thought of having to bring your vehicle into a repair shop is sometimes worse than the damage itself. Personally, all I have ever wanted is for someone to care about my vehicle as much as I do and to understand that I want it as perfect as it can be without having to do all the worrying myself. Kellie played that role to a tee and because of that, I would recommend anyone to go to Caliber Collision in Napa and ask for Kellie. She is one of the few that cares and will do everything in her power to make sure you leave her shop happy. Thank you Kellie!

I highly recommend this Napa team! My experience was excellent from starting the process online, my rental being brought to me, friendly helpful staff and consistent communication. When I picked up my car WOW! The work done exceeded my expectations! Great job Team Napa!

This place may do good work for all I know, but it is overshadowed by their deviousness and loyalty to the insurance companies they represent. I came here to have my car assessed for damages from a farmers damage claim not my fault but other driver. This place quoted $1,800 and another body shop quoted $2,400 for the same repair. Not only did they lowball me but they also missed a huge portion of the scope of work to be repaired and tried to act like it was not their fault that they missed it. Although somehow it was necessary to take several pictures of the inside of my vehicle, ( more than exterior damage pics, probably for another devious reason). My truck was T-boned from the rear and nobody bothered to even check the tailgate for damage. Had to open it myself to realize there was almost a 2 inch gap between the bed and the gate now. New quote is $3,400 compared to the original estimate they gave me at $1,800. Seems as though, when they know theyll do the work there, theyll write you an estimate for a million dollars. if youre not doing the work there then theyll try to save their insurance company as much money as possible. Bad way to do business. Will be uploading the actual quotes shortly.

I have been to cooks now three times. Each has been a great experience. The service and care provided is professional and the repairs are practically like new. I had a huge dent in my passenger door, a side panel damaged and a rear bumper needing a complete replacement and every time it has been perfect, timely and the complimentary car wash after is a nice touch!

Had a great experience at Cooks Collision in Napa CA today with my mothers 1998 Corolla. Warm and friendly receptionist, Donald Garcia was outstanding and I’m sorry I don’t remember the technician’s name, but all were way beyond expectation. Highly recommended.Thanks.

Twice they made an inspection (apparently different person) both times they changed their minds delaying the agreed dates, apparently there is no good communication between the staff. When they told me that I could pick up my vehicle, it turns out that I was taking it apart and not ready to take it. They never called me to keep me informed of their decisions.Because of the budget they gave, it does not make me professional or ethical
