I came in to get a truck rewired as I had bought a new trailer and it wasnt working right. They told me I needed to bring the trailer in also so I did but let them know repeatedly that the trailer was not the problem. 3 years later I bought a new truck and when I hooked it up to the trailer it didnt work. So I took it in to a friend to have him look. Turned out they had rewired my brand new trailer to match the faulty wiring on my truck which was not even properly grounded. When I went in they tried to agrue with me that there was no standard for the plug. I finally got them to refund my money and I charged them for the repairs to my trailer. They had charges me hundreds of dollars. I still had my old truck for sale so I took it in to my friends place, it was a $20 fix. I had it fixed before selling it. But I would not ever go to napa tire again.

Absolutely fantastic service. They were able to squeeze me in VERY last minute for a set of tires. These guys are awesome. Very little wait. Will definitely be coming back.

Great service -- I brought in my severely neglected car for general maintenance, and Jay & Jay Sr. were kind, attentive, transparent with pricing, and laid out all the work that needed to be done in a prioritized list. They also helped recommend a body shop for additional repairs. (The Wifi in the waiting area was helpful too - I was able to work on my laptop while I waited).

Don’t use this place. My daughter went here. They went out of their way to overcharge her. $180 for oil change, $290 for a battery. Totally took advantage of her.

Had them do my oil change and later bought new tires. Each time they provided good service and fair pricing. It is a family run business with deep local ties so they know the value of providing quality services.

It was a Friday when I was visiting Napa …my brother lent me his Ford Edge to drive up from Malibu to Napa. (We flew in from AZ).Get toNapa and the oil lite comes on…got up early and headed over …no reservation, the Manager was extremely accommodating and squeezed me…i was in an out in 45minutes.

I informed the guy Muhammad that my car requires synthetic oil he acted like maybe so he took my car in and 12 minutes later he was done! When I payed I didn’t get a printout of what was done like how much oil or what type.In the past I would get one, he also didn’t mention my air filters which I know I needed one because I only had one replaced last time. Very disappointed won’t go back!

They were so nice. Came to see if I could get my oil changed. But no body was available so I asked if I could get someone to check it for me.. and they happily came out to my car and put oil in it for me because I didnt have any in my car.. thank you Jr. Senior

Called around 2:45 with a suspected slow leak/puncture. I was asked to drive over and theyd take a look. 45 mins later the puncture was fixed and the car was good to go. Outstanding service and great prices. Thank you!

The amazing gentleman at the front desk today] He was super helpful and communicated extremely well with me when the issue arised after my key stopped working for my car when I paid for them to put a new one in. We found out after I called AAA and had it delivered to my dealership that an important component for my key must have fallen out when they replaced the battery! I called and without waiting over a second, Mac was on the phone. He went above and beyond for me customer service-wise [and I could tell he was genuinely sorry for the incident] that he even went as far as to deliver my missing component once he found it to the dealership for me!! I will not forget the kindness I received today and I will be coming back for sure!

This place is Awesome! Ran into issues towing our boat to Berryessa. Trailer was dropped off by AAA in the middle of the night. I arrived at 8am to find it already fixed and for a super fair price.

I was about to leave on a road trip when I noticed that both of my rear tires were low. Since I work in construction, I assumed I had picked up nails and had a slow leak or two. I turned around and went straight to the tire shop. They took me right in, and since it was time for a tire rotation, they did that, checked the rear tires (and found no leaks), ran a diagnostic on the tire pressure sensors, and wrapped it all up in under an hour. I told them I needed to get my wallet to pay for the service and was told that since I bought the tires there, everything was FREE!!! Outstanding! This is why we love doing business with Napa Tire. Thanks!!

While on vacation in the area, I was alerted by a good citizen that one of my tires was low. I found this shop close to where we were and pulled in. I explained that I was traveling from out of town and had my van loaded with my wife and 5 kids. I asked about how long it would take to have someone look at my tire and the gentleman behind the counter said he could look at immediately. I went to NAPA tire to have a nail fixed in my tire. Service was quick and when they were done they said the nail did not create a puncture so there was no cost. I offered to still pay some money for their time and they said nope no cost. In this day and age when a lot of tire places try to rip you off NAPA tire renewed my faith in honest businesses. They will definitely have my business in the future!

Jay and his father were very nice. I ended up spending about half of what I expected. Mechanic broke one of their tools trying to get my oil canister off, was going to offer to replace it and they said no worries. Would totally go back and recommend.

Blew a tire which ended shredded. Fixed it all for much less than I would have expected. Rides better than before.

These people lie. They repaired my car, saying I needed some new part. When, I called Subaru and talked to them, they said, the vehicle part was under warranty and they should have told you. PLUS, THE PART NEVER BREAKS. They had to give me back the part and then, I shipped it back to Subaru and Subaru said, NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE PART AND IT DID NOT NEED REPLACING. THIS PLACE RIPS PEOPLE OFF.

Had a flat tire at home, couldnt get lug nuts off with Honda car wrench, so Napa Tire loaned me a pipe to get better leverage, I then put on donut and came in to fix tire. Fellow showed me tire was ruined tom driving on it flat, so made a good deal on new tire. Thanks to everyone at Napa Tire. As Jay says, the best people!

I took my car in to have a wheel bearing replaced. Gave me a verbal quote and I had the work done. Went to pick it up, only to have a bill over $300 higher than my quote. Jay Jr was who I dealt with and he was gone, so paid the bill and came back later to discuss the con artist bait & switch billing. Jay said he never quoted the price I said and wouldnt do anything about the cost. I happened to see the paper he had written his pricing on, and it was the actual price, not the pumped up bill he charged. So he VERY reluctantly cut me a check for the difference and I left.Later I was still so angry with this shops bait and switch game, marking up parts by several hundred dollars over retail that I called bureo of automotive repair.They went out and investigated the shop and fined them heavily, and told me they could have fined them thousands of dollars more for all the illegal things they were doing, but since it was thier first visit to this store they wanted to give them a chance to make the required changes. I was promised they would follow up with Napa Tire to be sure they were continuing to follow the law.Do not go to this shop, you will be ripped off!

Passing through town, stopped to get my car looked at because it was dying every hour. I would stop for five minutes and it would start and drive for another hour. Then do the same thing again. Weird problem. They kept my car over night and charged me over $200 to tell me there was nothing they could do to fix my car. At least lower the bill to $100 if you cannot deliver ANY results. Completely worthless experience.
